You can use the postcard from the beginning of the game to get past the island.

I pre-ordered the ridiculous physical version with life size song bird statue. So obviously I will be missing out of TF2 things (which I never receive for any other orders) and x-com ... (already own bioshock). A bit lame.. but ah well...

So there's no "Sim Copter 1 reporting heavy traffic" in the new new SimCity? Managing the direction-ness of roads is a powerful tool in traffic management, which I think is part of city management on the level of Sim City. But then again, you could also argue that you should also be able to manage traffic light usage.

I finally decided to start this game. My god it has a lot of cinematics. It feels like more than half the time I'm waiting for the game to lets me play again. Also, Max keeps losing the painkillers. It looks like every longer cinematic the number of painkillers is reset to a predetermined amount. For example in chapter 2, I had like 4 or 5 painkillers before I boarded the heli. And after that, just 1.

Spec Ops: The Line Just completed this game. It's pretty much Uncharted with guns, including its flaws. I did like it even though the fighting was sometimes really annoying and I had to retry a part quite often. They varied the level design quite a bit, so it's not always messing around in a sandbox. But also some nice interiors of those insane Dubai hotels/buildings. I liked the ending. And it has the usual binary ending that you can choose. Anyway, I picked it up during a steam sale, and it was definitely worth the price. It is a rather short game, took me less than 7 hours to complete the single player campaign, and I was taking my time sightseeing and stuff.
