I don't think that's how radio works. Relating to the first post, I don't think we've ever been able to make the Steam voice chat work in those games. Last time we first collected everybody into a big group in Skype and then split the teams for the versus match, and then cobbled together a new call for a co-op session. That would have been a lot quicker if the voice chat would have just worked in-game.

So it's like City of Heroes, but you play as steam? Maybe I'll give it a whirl, I'm drowning in all this extra time anyway.

The problem there is that the game doesn't really communicate that those are puzzle-like encounters. It's not clear that you're doing anything wrong, it just feels like you can't react fast enough and your timing has to be perfect.

To me there's an odd mismatch where the game play is light, unrealistic and has a laissez faire approach to killing, but the graphics are realistic with horror movie gore. This sort of game would work better IMO if the enemies were somehow dehumanised either stylistically (cartoony etc.) or through the story (aliens, ghosts, whatever).

I think the only food I make that has a name is pizza. I make excellent pizza, though. Otherwise I put assorted vegetables, mushrooms and possibly meat on a pan with plenty of olive oil and generally chili paste and it's good. Sometimes I put potatoes, carrots, vegetables and meat in a pot with again olive oil and chili and forget it in the oven until the potatoes melt in your mouth and it's good. I guess I know what I like because I always love what I cook, but I dunno if it would suite other palates.

On Flickr you have to a whole song and dance if you want anyone to see your pictures. You need to find all the groups that have a decent number of members and are somehow related to the shots you want to show. Then you add all the shots you think are good to all the groups you can think of. It's a pretty miserable system compared to Deviant Art's simple hierarchy.

Nah, they're all different people in a separate story set earlier on the same island. Unfortunately the co-op seemed mission-based in a way that didn't keep any of the features I like in Far Cry 2.
