It was excellent piece of cinema for sure. The plot – or more to the point – the subject matter just didn't work for me as well as all the other aspects of the movie. Very much a personal thing. I had read next to nothing about the film beforehand, but when it was revealed that

I tested such a thing for a while when my pollen allergy (or hay fever or whatever) was really bad. It's not too uncomfortable if you use the right mixture of salt water, but it wasn't too effective either. Mine was blue plastic thing, though. I'd imagine that a ceramic one would be way more powerful.

Drive was interesting experience and sort of good. The soundtrack was pretty bizarre, and I ended up really liking it for that. It had a certain "director's slightly talented friend" vibe to it (especially the songs with lyrics), although the soundtrack was clearly composed and compiled by professionals and was very much intentionally retro.

Yey.. delayed again, though only for five more days. Have developers suddenly forgotten what it takes to make a PC game or is this their way of combating piracy or something? It's almost a norm these days that PC versions are released well after the console ones.

I have now watched five episodes of the fifth season of Doctor Who as well as four of the episodes from seasons two, three and four that Kroms recommended. Two thoughts: (one) I'm not sure what to think of Karen Gillan's acting. It's weird. (two) Steven Moffat has got to be the king of spine-chilling scenes. Jesus Christ.

Psychonauts 2 confirmed!

So is Psychonauts DLC or... ohmygod... Psychonauts 2 actually happening? Or has Double Fine stated some other reason for the sudden revival of the original?

I have watched two episodes of the newest 5th season and so far I think I might be enjoying it! Anxious to see which direction the doctors face will go next.

I have only played the Director's Cut and I didn't think it was crap at all. Hard to imagine it being that much worse than the original.

If I were to start watching Doctor Who now, where should I start? Would it be too confusing to start from the eleventh doctor (?) episodes? The Wikipedia episode listing is mind-boggling.
