Yep, that's the only thing that holds me back from getting any tablet so far. I might finally go for an iPad if TenOne Design's solution turns out alright.

Oh, yeah, didn't mean for that to be a serious contribution to the topic at hand. I think the Surface looks great and it would be exciting if this took off as a serious competitor to the iPad.

Didn't care for Tiny Tower much. I missed some sense of my personality being reflected in the tower. I don't know, I wasn't expecting SimTower or anything, but just let me give the tower some unique flavor instead of just constantly building a new floor. I will check this one out, though. See if they've improved on their formula.

Yeah, I kind of feel bad about the Two Guys getting so close and not meeting the goal.. But what's been bothering me is how spammy and rushed all the Sierra kickstarter have been.. Of course it might just feel that way because Double Fine's kickstarter was so well-planned, almost no big changes made to the reward list. Contrast that to the Two Guys kickstarter's reward Excel sheet, with endless amounts of pointless rewards, or Jane Jensens confusing "pay for a years worth of games!" rewards. And the Two Guys have more updates than there are days in their kickstarter. It all makes it feel a bit unprofessional, IMO.

Here's a great write-up of the engine capabilities on Eurogamer. There is no static light baking in the videos, it's all dynamic illumination, which is pretty impressive.

Ah, right. That makes sense! It's been a great season, IMO. There were some clunkers in between, but overall I feel they improved on last season. Also, a poor TV adaptation would actually turn me towards reading the books.

Considering this is Nintendo, I think all you're going to be seeing in those "game-specific" streams is people from your friends list talking. That's the solution to all the inevitable penises that will be drawn for every single game.
