Yes, I would love to do it, but have no time (and no funny ideas!) Do it Blambo, you know it'll be awesome!

Terry Gilliam's Zero Theorem In classic Gilliam style this film still has no distributor..

Huh, I actually thought it was Paul Dano.. I was wrong! EDIT: It is Evan Peters, from American Horror Story.

What? Damnit.. Wrong again! I have no idea which one this is then.. Edit: Huh, being super into Yoshi's Island, and I mean it's my favorite fucking thing in the world, it's very weird that I never noticed that sequel.. It does both look fun but a bit redundant? What's new in it? Just the multiple babies? (BABY WARIO?!?)

Oh! Yeah, I love Yoshi Touch & Go! Also I liked Kirby Cursed Canvas. I was on a touch control high back then.

It just looks a bit cheap, graphically. A bad imitation of the original style in 3d. Especially compared to the Wii U one that was announced and looks glorious. But hey, I might end up buying and loving it anyway. Happened with Zelda:ALBW, although I liked that style more than I do this.

subbes, that sounds about right! I thought you were sending it to the old IT office.

Subbes, where are you sending this? Because they specifically said on the last podcast that they'd moved the Idle Thumbs office into the Camposanto office. Edit: Title of the piece is "Lord Chris Remo" by Jón 'BigJKO' Kristinsson

Ah, yes. The Elias reveal was great! That was a high point I remembered, then it sort of got back to what it was doing before and I remember thinking it was getting a bit more interesting but just not enough to keep me and my GF watching every week. It'll be easier now, I think, when I can just go to the next episode immediately if I'm interested!

Feel free! But I'm no expert at all, having just started learning this last year.. and pretty much my only resource has been the videos on ctrlpaint.com

Oh, really? Man, I need to get back into that. Been hearing AVClub talk about it chaning too. When does it get good? Because I watched like.. 10 episodes i think and it was ok, then got a bit boring, then sort of ok, I guess? It was a lot of meh, with a few ok characters and a pretty blank lead.

A Dedicated Thread For Talking About Star Trek Episodes
BigJKO replied to BigJKO's topic in Movies & Television
Yeah, wasn't expecting to ever see Tom again at all, so this was the best. Interestingly, Jonathan Frakes directed the two episodes I'm watching currently, Past Tense pt. 1 and 2. Had to look his name up just to make sure I was remembering correctly. He's still a charmer in his old age. -

The Defiant was what I wanted and more! It's still a bit dull all around, but the characters are all slowly getting more likeable. I'm even sort of into Dr. Bashir, even though he's doing quite a bit of bad acting, but his clueless persona is kind of fun. Dax is still just.. nothing. And Kira I just can't get behind, for some reason. She overacts every single line to comedic proportions. She's DS9's Lieutenant Yar.. only she's basically the Protagonist of every episode I've watched.. -
Holy shit, that Predator clean-up job. That's how Arnie looks like in my nightmares..

Idle Thumbs 142: Unmasking the Brain Burglar
BigJKO replied to Jake's topic in Idle Thumbs Episodes & Streams
I don't actually think the two No One Lives Forever games are available on any digital platform. Because no one knows who owns the IP anymore. Fox Interactive was gobbled up by Vivendi, who then was consumed by Activision/Blizzard. And when an rep from Activision was asked if they had the right to the game they said: It is such a weird, sad situation.. I wonder what would happen if someone, anyone, just.. put a copy of it up on GOG? Would the actual rights-holder finally come out of the woodwork to stop that? Would nobody be able to do anything?? http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2013/04/09/no-one-lives-forever-rights-nowhere-to-be-found/ -
