I saw the movie. I think this best explains how I feel about the movie.

Johnny Depp sounds hauntingly like Gene Wilder in this movie... he has a very sweet and soft and very.. Gene Wilderish voice.

It's sad... I haven't seen the movie yet, but I already get the "noooooo...." joke

Also, Psychonauts is still not avaiable in all stores in middle america (where I live, yeeeeeeeeeee-haaaawwww) like Jade Empire and other lesser impressive games that have mo' money. Except for Wal-Mart.

And they had to tease all those fanbois (like me) with that Final Fantasy VII intro that was just a tech demo. Sony's got some balls... and they're going to get kicked hard. Show me games and I'll give you a .

Did you see that MGS4 Trailer? The thing I don't like about MGS is that it has the potential to be a serious game with a great storyline and it's disgraced with childish lines and just random nonsense. Some of the things that I've seen remind me of 14 year olds trying to make monkey island or space quest references in their serious indepenedent adventure games (and that of course includes me, but I wasn't a professional game designer 8 years ago nor now.) leading to a mixed bag of trash.

I had the interview for that one tech job today. It was alright, but I still had the feeling like I didn't belong there. It's weird. But they did have a dental plan! Lisa needs braces!

I liked the Katamari Damacy one, too! Damn it, I want to play the game... I'm going to have to strangle someone for a PS2

This is the first time I care about this movie as much as I care about the next movie... In fact, I don't even have to boycott it. I could just rent it on video and it'll be good enough for me.

Yeah, the new trailer starts to show that it's more than just some LOTR ripoff... Ron Gilbert was wrong!!111 It's pretty stylized... Again, that cat thing! (pixie?) I'm waiting for EA or any other big American company to add an awesome anthropomorphic cat to their games.

holding a controller on each hand in mid air is kind of odd, worse than holding a single controller with both hands. Maybe the controller is a jump rope!

In other news, I'm also planning to make a game. It's going to be this game where you have a character you play and then you do some awesome things. It' s going to be great.

The characters move their mouths in the trailer, too. I'm going to speculate that It'll be a talkie this time.

Although there's been a lot of comments on the graphics, I like the fact that there's some really surreal things going on like the monsters coming out of windwaker-styled tunnels and that female(?) cat that rides the wolf link...

the ps2 and the xbox has pretty pathetic framerates in general... the graphics may look prety, but it's nowhere as the feeling you get on the gamecube... um, I was wrong. it's doesn't look like a ps2 memory card.. it looks like a big SD card! I wonder if it has to do with the fact that nintendo is using SD on the revolution...

My xbox 3rd generation makes an excellent DVD player... except that it can't play the LOTR special edition movies! But hey, my friend who have a PS2 refuse to use it as a DVD player... because it does it all wrong. One bought a DVD player, and the other now uses a Tivo DVR

What about the Game Boy micro?

It's like a remodeled and upgraded PS2! They still put the dpad as the center of the controller and the dual analog sticks as the afterthought they added for the original PS1 controller, but with the boomerang extensions, it's now even harder to reach those sticks!

Is this counter-strike 2? how come they're not using the Source engine for it?

It looks like a giant Playstation 2 memory card! Now, I wonder if they will release the fabled controllers...
