So you wouldn't watch Stephen King's 'IT' with me before we're going to bed? --Erwin
  2. Are you a demo whore?

I believe there are one or two 'flat-rate' dial-up services. Don't know which ISP's, though... --Erwin
  3. The Massive List of Retro Games!

Worms 2 is the only game in which I don't mind losing. I've got a reputation of killing my own team and you don't want to know the variety of countless suicides I performed. And I laughed my ass off about it every time. --Erwin
  4. I love Yahoo!!!

Who uses these public services anyways? I've got 50 Mb at emptyhouse.net and 'unlimited' space at adventuredevelopers.com --Erwin
  5. Rate your own and each other's avatars

What country are you from again? I'll have to remind myself to shun the women there, may I ever visit. --Erwin
  6. Rate your own and each other's avatars

No, I think it's his nose. Or his missing nose, rather. --Erwin
  7. The Massive List of Retro Games!

Ooooh, WarCraft ][ Tides of Darkness. I played that game with two of my best friends almost every weekend over our LAN. Hours and hours of good gameplay. Same goes for Worms 2! --Erwin
  8. Cure procrastination

Soft cushions? I'd be asleep before I could take a sip of my mug 'o coffee. --Erwin
  9. Friggin' mouse, in my PC.

Our Guinea Pig once escaped from it's cage. And we couldn't find it for two days, until we found some fluffy cotton-like material all over the floor. We could follow a trail of this stuff and it lead us right to... a brand new speaker (quite expensive too!) which my audiophile father bought a week ago (at the time). The soft material was some kind of coating inside that speaker, which had a hole in the back. It took us quite a while to get the animal out, until we decided to play some very loud music with lots of bass. Yes, it could have easily been an adventure game puzzle --Erwin
  10. The Massive List of Retro Games!

I played these a lot: Major Stryker!!! Jungle Strike!!! Soccer Kid!!! --Erwin
  11. Rate your own and each other's avatars

You should put on an avatar of an udderless cow. --Erwin
  12. Tell Us About Yourself

Awful? I can sum up dozens of British 'comedy' series that are much, much worse! However, I'm not a fan of it either. As a matter of fact, I'm not such a fan of British humour in general. The name of that show is Keeping up Appearances, btw. --Erwin
  13. The Massive List of Retro Games!

Wacky Wheels! and uh... uh... Dangerous Dave!!! And... Hmmm... Jazz Ja... no wait, you already mentioned that one... Wetlands! The first game I legally bought! Anyone remember it? --Erwin
  14. Gameplay style: What do you like? What don't you like?

I like quite a variety of games and what I'm playing depends on the mood. I bet I'll play some kind of soccer game soon, since the European Championship started in Portugal. --Erwin
  15. I'd say it's a very BIG ass, but I think it's got something to do with an AG.com in-joke. --Erwin
  16. It's clearly a technique that's still improving. I like where it's going. --Erwin
  17. In some scenes, Futurama's characters have been cel-shaded too. You don't even notice the difference. --Erwin
  18. I was seriously addicted to Theme Park. I can still whistle most of it's tunes from the different rides. --Erwin
  19. Multiple endings are wasted on people like me

Multiple endings are only interesting when there are multiple paths that lead to them. It's not entertaining to replay the game over and over again, the exact way, just to make a decision at the end that will change it's ending. --Erwin
  20. Yes it does... Are they the same guys? Bullfrog (already 0wn3d by EA) closed it's doors a few years back. Man, these guys were great. I loved Magic carpet, Theme Park and Syndicate. But I'm getting off-topic here. Please continue... --Erwin
  21. I'd have to ask the milkman. --Erwib
  22. Commander Keen

These smileys are nothing compared to the ones they have on the AGS boards. --Erwin
  23. Welcome, "thejizzer!"

Aha, thanks. I should install Babylon Translator on my PC again. --Erwin
  24. Oh, I always thought you were one of Jim Hensons Sesame Street puppets. --Erwin
  25. Welcome, "thejizzer!"

    Rakes? What's that? --Erwin
