I think many feel that adventure games would be so much better with the new features introduced in other genres (not necessarily action). They still miss their old genre.

Sure. But ultimately, I don't think it matters. I'd play Syberia (for example) if it just wasn't so bad. Seriously, my main problem with Syberia is the dialogue and the lack of interactivity. And I'm not a 38-year-old female.And I don't think the majority of adventure game players specifically WANT action. Most likely, many of us don't MIND action (in the traditional, old sense of the word).

I don't know why someone would play some kind of games because they are +35 and female. Why not say "these days adventure games are played by people who like Penguin Books -paperbacks, crossword puzzles and academic art"?

So far Yufster has provided female presence a-plenty, but the more the merrier.

Syberia also had the stupidest dialogue ever.

There's a new kind of vaccination that had something to do with smoking... It was probably so that it made nicotine no longer harmful to the person.

That's surprisingly like my mind.

On the other hand, I must admit that I did consider smoking once, when I became of age. "Now that I'm allowed to do it legally, why not try it?" I chickened out though, and I must say that I'm glad.

Actually I'd rather not, because my brother is a smoker. There's probably genetic tendency in my family to start smoking. Or maybe not, but I don't want to take that risk....

I never felt the need to try it, I figured it'd be disgusting since passive smoking is disgusting, too.
