I'm still stuck in the fifth case, actually today I progressed in it for the first time in many months. I've got lots of left in that case, because at the moment I'm still in Trial day 1. It's definitely the most challenging one of the five cases.

I received 42 All-Time Classics yesterday, I haven't had time to play it yet, but many of my friends have it also and what I've seen so far tells that it's an excellent game and with Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection support, that's very good. I can't wait to play Texas Hold'em against other people from around the world.

My personal game of the year: New Super Mario Bros. I simply love this game, it's Mario's comeback to his roots. Pure 2d awesome gaming experience. I remember when I came back from UK in the start of June, I had lost much hope in games in general, but when Mario was released soon after I had come home, Mario restored my faith in good games. I spent the whole summer just playing New Super Mario Bros. Runner-ups: Yoshi's Island DS - I just actually got it last week, it's superb. It has the same great pure gameplay fun elements as New Super Mario Bros. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attourney - Hey, adventure games can still be fun in 2006! When you think about the game, it must have been weird to even think that a lawyer themed adventure game could be good at all. Then when it's actually experienced what kind of game it is, it just pulls you in. Metroid Prime: Hunters - FPS on a handheld console. Hard to think that would be successful, but Nintendo made it happen. Metroid is a good game, but I have a hard time trying to play it with a stylus, it just seems so much to be made for the thumb strap. Half-Life 2: Episode 1 - I have no special love for Half-Life games, but Episode 1 was simply an unique experience. It was wonderful to see how they had made Alyx so real, with all the expressions and the zombine stuff in the dark etc. Only few hours of gaming, but that is how it should sometimes be. An extremely tight gaming package that has so much. Games I wish I'd played this year: Sam & Max episodes - Oh, I will buy these after the Christmas holidays is over, I just haven't had the time to give time to these games. Dreamfall - Many hate it, many love it. I have two friends who played it, one loved and one hated it. I tend to lean towards the opinion of the one who loved it because he shares the many same values as I do about good games. Guitar Hero 1&2 - I don't have Playstation, but these games sure kick ass. I've seen people play GH and it's simply pure fun. Shadow of the Colossus - Yeah, no PS2... Zelda: Twilight Princess - No Wii either... Rayman: Raving Rabbids - The same as above.

That is otherwise good, but I haven't seen a single ad for Wii anywhere, and propably won't because I know how Amo thinks, they did the same with Gamecube. That being that they did nothing at all. Nintendo will never again have big success in Finland unless they change the distributor firm. I'd love if we had the same firm handling the affairs as the other nordic countries (Bergsala). That way we could finally have ads on tv and also a good netshop for accessories (just like Nintendo of America has with store.nintendo.com) and it would be possible to order almost anything available for Wii/DS/GBA.

Yeah but all of those were bought by hardcore players / teenagers / ebay type quick buck seller assholes. I bet the regular Joe in Finland doesn't know anything about Wii, but the PS3 sure is getting a lot of attention, especially in Anttila, the biggest console seller at the moment in Finland. For example here in Vaasa their Nintendo section is getting smaller and smaller every day, and Xbox/Playstation stuff is taking over and PS3 pre order ads are kind of on display all the time. Man I hate Amo.

Man, it really is strange. I still haven't seen even a single Wii console on sale anywhere around here. I've seen the accessories and games on the shelves but nothing else. The most weird part is that none of the shops around here haven't advertised Wii even once, and they don't even have Wii's price on display anywhere. I suspect this is Amo's (the so called Nintendo of Finland) evil work again...

Maybe he has bought Take2 shares while the share prices are down, then he will buyout the whole company and then take it out of business.

The screen gets all fucked up if I use my thumb, strangely the same didn't happen with the thumb strap on the old DS. And I just liked to use the thumb strap, it was good, especially with MP:H.

I thought the traditional versions are going to be the GBA and DS versions. Wii, PC, PS2 and Xbox360 are all similar minigame versions, but with different kind of controlling options because the other machines lack the controlling method of Wii.

It's really weird that it's the 13th of December now and there is NO SNOW in Vaasa either. I usually like rain, but I really hate it now, it's been raining water for like three weeks straight now and the wind is blowing very fast too... I want my snowy Christmas and I want it now!

I could kill for a new DS thumb strap, I haven't even touched my Metroid Prime Hunters since I got my DS Lite, because I fail to play it with a stylus, the thumb strap is far more superior than the stylus in that game. Too bad they don't sell those in Europe, at least to my knowledge... and if they do, they certainly don't sell them in Finland.

Yeah, pre-ordering Phantom Hourglass seems like a great idea, especially now that Remo wrote on LNC that Zelda: PH is getting pushed back for October 2007 release. But I don't mind the wait, now it's going to be even better.

Yay! I got Yoshi's Island DS today from dvdboxoffice. Now I just need to get more money and order Kirby Squeek Squad too... Thankfully Christmas is very near.
