Also, I have been speaking to a 'source' who claims that this Nintendo tech exists, and has seen some of it working first hand. I wonder if it will know how to spell Pwned.

brkl you are so negative these days i played the demo for ...like 5 minutes before it became superapparent that.. well it was a bit shite really. It depresses me. like everyone else I hoped for alittle bit more. I'm gonna give it a full play session, because I think I owe it that much, but.. at the moment it's loolking ugly, poorly executed and boring. Something I wish I didnt have to say I hope I change my mind!!!

Oh I think that's very much part of it. the text stuff is just a by product, as far as i can tell this will recognise voices accuratley in any accent or speaking volume etc etc. and then be able to turn that into accurate text.

Apparently microphone inputs are not a useful thing to have on a video camera any more. Why? I need a video camera for work that can be used with clip on tie mics and normal mics, to film both nice interviews in a meeting room, and also drag around trade shows etc. But the only microphones that seem to be available these days are horsehoe ones. anyone out there got any erm.. advice?
