I'd done a Shovel Knight cover before but this one was really tricky. Think it worked though.

So I hung up my banjo for one cover and dusted off the ol' girl and gave Megaman X - Spark Mandrill a rocking go. Thanks to DonutDrums for the drums too ! Let me know what you think

well with a banjo i'm never gonna be too close to the original sound really :D but I do try to stick closely to the original arangement . it's gotta be my favourite track on the album I must say.

Hi, Stumbled upon this site and thread by chance. I hope it's ok to post. My name's Ollie, a few weeks back I decided to start making my own covers of retro games musics, not unlike what Smooth McGroove does, except I'm using... ahem...a banjo! The first couple of video were a bit rough around the edges but I'm getting better at it. I've done 4 so far and 3 more in progress and a huuuge waiting list already.
