Stouts and porters were the last styles I was able to get my head around. I found trying some really punchy ones is what tipped me over into understanding the appeal. If you ever see a Peche Mortel or Aphodisiaque by Brasserie Dieu Du Ciel, those were the stouts that pushed me over. The end of summer also means the annual tradition of buying a pumpkin beer and regretting it.

Did you launch the game from Big Picture mode? On windows 8, I was pressing the center button expecting to get the Steam overlay, but no dice. -

Motherboard and CPU are pretty much the least upgradable components, everything else swaps so easily. -

A lot of field recorders have two directional mics, but unless you're posting something akin to a raw audio file, you should still be able to mix it more balanced.

I really liked Waterloo World from Psychonauts. Almost every level in that game could be someone's favourite I'm sure, but that one has stuck with me because of the way it plays with scale.

I liked their little discussion about Pixels. I really liked the point they made about the implications of the character story; that is to say with the story of this movie being about a person whose time spent playing games was worthwhile in the end because aliens, the implication is that in the real world, where there are no aliens, your time with games is wasted. -
