Honestly, I don't think the judges know that modern rock exists. If they did, someone like The Black Keys would have won something. There are probably many reasons as to why only the huge bands are nominated, and it's probably largely to do with money. I don't know enough about the grammys to know though.

Progress Report: I got the gravity suit! that was a lot of fun! Now onwards to new and exciting adventures! So did I. Without being 'that guy', the wii controls are really awkward and hard to get used to. I played Prime on my GC and I wish that they had the option to use a controller instead of fighting with the motion controls. Not that they're badly implemented too, I just really dislike them. Edit: Also the pop-up achievements were slightly irritating. And was there a narrator at the beginning of prime? I don't remember one in the GC version, but I don't remember much about the game in the first place.

After reading this thread, I've gone back to my old save, and I am hopelessly stuck. I have done the pipe, but I haven't got the gravity suit. There's a long corridor of sand that I get stuck in. I haven't got the grappling hook either. What should I do guys?

You are meant to fuse personas over levelling them up, however I do find that I level up my persona until they have learnt all their moves, and then fuse them. Don't forget about the compendium, where you can save personas and their abilities. Be careful though, because you can only save one move set per persona, and clicking 'register all' will over-write them, meaning you could potentially over write a persona's sweet move set if you pick up the same persona in a dungeon. Also as your social ranks level up, you get more bonus XP for your persona the higher the social rank. As for Izanagi, there is no point keeping him once he's under leveled. He does become strong, but I believe you can fuse him when you get there. You know if a persona still has abilities left by the ? blocks above his abilities. I hope that helps!

Oh I don't know, I enjoyed the Danganronpa anime a lot, and I haven't played the game at all. I would have actually said the opposite, and to not bother with the anime, as it wouldn't bring anything new to the series that wasn't already in the game. That Nisemonogatari ending is awesome. Makes me want to watch it more now. As for the pricing, it makes sense in relation to Anime Pricing over in Japan, but I understand that it doesn't quite work like that. Either way it's still bollocks.

I loved W101, but my main irk came when it got to drawing the hammer. I could never do it right. When I was trying to draw it, it always went: sword, gun, whip, hammer (for like 2 secs) and then fist. ARGH! Maybe I was just being too greedy in wanting a huge hammer? I did love the game though. I agree that you can't really judge a game after 30 mins, but then again I judge games purely by trailers and genre types, so what do I know? Maybe FIFA15 is actually a great game and I'm missing out on the Game of the Century. Maybe not. Who knows? :/

My friend has a CRT TV, and it worked fine. He used the Wii AV cables, as there is not one provided with the console. However, he does have a rather large TV. I don't know how it'll work with smaller variants. I could imagine that some would be so small it'd be hard seeing anything.

Huh. My favourite part of Bakemonogatari was the conversations. Even though a lot of the jokes were lost on me, the conversations felt very unique in some way that I can't place. I guess I'll give Nisemonogatari a go, but the whole franchise has exploded into something so big, I don't know if I can be bothered. Have you watched Katanagatari? Written by the same author, but not related. It's pretty good! It also doesn't have the Shaft Style™ my girlfriend hates so much. Yeah I guess, but it doesn't have much to go on to draw people in, so making the girls cute ensures at least some people watch it. Also the new characters in the second half make some attempt to even out that dissonance. On a separate note, last week's JoJo had the most insane ending ever. In Tokyo there's a huge Theme Park-esq arcade called 'joyopolis'. They have rollercoasters, haunted houses, and the best - A huge half pipe ride where you are on a giant skateboard, and you press a lever using your feet as you hit the centre of the pipe. The closer you get to the center when you press it, the higher your score, and the more rotations you do as you go up the other half of the pipe. It's the tits. And of course your plethora of arcade machines too, as well as giant arcade machines, like the jurassic park light gun game, where you're in an actual jeep shooting dinos. you have to press a button to swivel the jeep around 180 to shoot behind you. It's superb. So I imagine they're talking about when they say Resort Buisness? As for pachinko, I'm suprised too. Most of the interest comes from unique anime goods which they can win, which suckers in the otakus to part their money. Maybe there's just not enough interest in SEGA IP's anymore? Also Pachinko Parlours are synonomous with dodgy dealings and Yakuza. My girlfriends sister's boyfriend is a manager at a pachinko parlour, and her mum is so weary of him because she's worried he's involved in 'a bad group of people'. Maybe pros are put off SEGA Pachinko Parlours because they can't get as good a deal as they can from the less reputable pachinko parlours? Maybe just the general interest in pachinko is slowly dwindling? These are all speculations, though. I'm probably wrong about it all.
