Man, I need to pick this up on PC, how is the frame rate?

I'll parrot what others have said: 1. Don't worry about using coin on gear, you'll find great loot 2. Don't feel bad about spending coin on food if it helps (also loot a bunch in cities when you can as well as bodies of foes you kill, its an easy way to stock up on food/water) 3. Don't go around picking up everything, but if you are running from point A to Point B and there are a few plants on your way? Might as well pick them up. 4. If you find yourself lacking in a specific herb for an alchemy recipe, try to find an herbalist and see if you can buy the ingredient. It can be a little costly but man, potions sure do help in this game.

Hey man, keep your head up, sending positive vibes your way!

Well I think they assume by the time you've gotten out of the first area and fight the griffon you would be pretty okay at the combat, but I find fighting monsters vs fighting men very different and hard at first. You will get better, but you are definitely going to burn through food fast. If you can try to dip into alchemy and get potions whipped up which will help! No lore help I am afraid, you might want to do a bit of reading on the Witcher 2 story synopsis, here a decent primer: https://www.reddit.com/r/PS4/comments/35fz2u/the_witcher_a_complete_recap_of_the_first_two/ Yeah the dialogue stuff kind of frustrated me at points as well!

Yeah split toning is frustrating at times! Has anyone had any experience printing out there stuff? I have a ton of stuff i'd like to print, but it's always such a gamble, I feel like local places completely fuck up the picture. I always fee like I have to over exposure (then compensate for it) by 1 or two stops. Any recommendations on online print stores?

Oops, forgot the Eurogamer video:

Man, I don't know in the last few days My wife and I watched: A New Hope, Empire Strikes Back and Attack of the Clones (we'll be watching Revenge of the Sith and Return of the Jedi in time for Episode VII) and man, I don't know if punchier dialogue would have saved Episode II. I have a hard time defining why I think the tone is so different between the two sets of films, but I almost feel like the completely opposite. The original trilogy felt like it was primarily set inside of a large conflict (the rebellion) accented through personal struggle/growth while the prequels felt like they were primarily set inside of inter-personal conflicts (mainly revolving around Anakin) accented through large conflict. While I don't think the latter is bad in any way, I think it very much relies on the quality of the writing, the dialogue and the characterization which ended up being pretty bad so it falls flat.

Online Tabletop Role-Playing Extravaganza

Yeah, ah well, thanks anyway Merus! Can we talk shop in this thread? I'm one session away from finishing my first campaign and I am super excited to take a break from being a DM. All of my players are new to tabletop RPGs (having them break their teeth on DnD 5e) so I can actually going to have them each go through at least one session and DM to see how it feels being on the other side of the table, it should be interesting! Last session I did mess up though, the party confronted the BBEG. The barbarian had used his invisibility potion he had found to sneak into the room with the party (the scene kicked off with some dialogue), eventually the barbarian was revealed and battle kicked off. Unfortunately the barbarian killed the BBEG in one hit with a crit. I was super torn because it felt a little anti-climatic, but I also did want to reward the barbarian for his creativity. During the fight the room was set on fire so there was a bit of pressure to get out of there, but one of the party also triggered a trap that collapsed the ceiling so none of the party actually saw the BBEG die. Would it be too cheesy to have him come back next session? Obviously I would have to sell it with my RP, but it feels a little bad killing the person they have been searching for the last 9 months in one hit. I should have fudged the HP numbers, but I was a little bit flustered and made a bad call, hah. -

I'm honestly open to playing anything, I have a very good grasp on the 5e system, but wouldn't mind playing something new! -

So anyone interested in playing a game? -
So halfway into the last chapter and the game keeps on crashing on me during a scene I am making several choices at, it's kind of a bummer.

Overwatch - That time Blizzard made a non-Diablocraft game.

I had the same feeling playing the beta, I feel like it is an incredibly solid base of a game that is missing a layer of gameplay usually brought in with loadouts. -
I would love a physical Gwent game. I would easily say I've wasted 10-12 hours on Gwent alone in the game hah. I actually now have viable decks for all the factions, they all play so different!

Yeah, that is always rough. I get that when editing big patches of photos from an event or something. I will usually do my first round of edits, comes back the next day and then see what I think. I mirror your feelings on black and white, I've totally avoided it for fear if seeming pretentious. Your portrait of your dad is great, there is a lot of personality there, you made the right choice with B&W.
