I was able to build a setup that relied on cloaking instead, but I didn't use it for long. As for the challenge rooms, I found them pretty fun besides the part where they assign you functions and you have no way to know the effects of the skills you've got. I especially enjoyed the room that gives you a limited set of abilities and RAM, but still lets you choose how to configure them.

I feel for developers who are pressured to set a date way before they could possibly make a reasonable schedule and plan to hit a date.

A lot of those problems are also present in GTA, but it's still a bit silly. The train thing and the way the fences and crakes explode into fragments were particularly entertaining.

Unfortunately, I read our lease too carefully, noticed that you aren't allowed grills of any sort on the balcony, complained to the person who showed us the place who verbally said we could, and she went back and confirmed that it's not allowed. So I'm the only sucker who can't have a grill out my sliding door because now that I asked I certainly can't break the rule.

Didn't have the chance to try it yet, but I plan on giving it one more go before I just skip it and re-roll.

So, I started up Crusader Kings after hearing about the patches that have supposedly fixed most of the problems introduced with RoI. First off, the Duke/Dutchy lines are still really messed up. I fought long and hard to win my dead brother's dutchy from my niece, just to find out that 75% of her holdings weren't actually in the dutchy, and the dutchy I claimed is actually mostly in another country. I now have a single county in my dutchy after my rule's last rearrangement, and am subject to three different sets of crown laws. Yay! But the worst part was after declaring and winning that war, I apparenly became hostile to every other duke and count in my country. I first noticed this when I went to war against an external power and brought in a couple of dukes as allies. When I tried to join up with them, the blue armies attacked me. I could pull up the war summary from the icon at the bottom right, and see that they were listed as my allies, but if I clicked on their county, it showed that I was in a war against them. Even after that war ended, all of their armies were showing up as hostile to me, so I eventually rage-quit. Game is still broken.

I'm starting to get the hang of Ogre Mage. I had him in my 10 hero challenge, then rolled him again as my first daily. Having a stun and a slow both is so awesome. Sure, I died, but not before I stunned and slowed their carry, then bloodlusted ours.

The final mission was the only mission I restarted on my first non-ironman playthough. The very first person I tested had the gift, and I went right in as soon as he got out of the machine, so I had no cool mind powers at all. I got totally destroyed.

Interesting, does self-damage from Overcharge break tranquils?

I think there's a quicker way to get it.

I remember playing Ultima Underworld a bunch when I was younger, but I could never figure out how to play and I remember dying a lot and (I think?) not knowing how to save.

My last couple attempts at broiling have met with the smoke detector going off. It's a pretty hair-raising experience, especially because it's wired together with the rest of the complex's fire alarms and I'm not 100% sure how it transitions from annoying me to evacuating the building. I think I finally figured out how to do a successful broil without setting it off though, and I'm going to buy a shower cap to put over my smoke alarm just in case.

I've heard that the new patches to CK2 to fix the online and mistakes from RoI are pretty good, but I haven't had a chance to sit down and try it out yet.

He was anti-pot for most of his movie making career actually, as well as the first 50 or so smodcasts.

I guess the main question there is can you replace the turbo without having to pull out the engine. If so, and there's no unusual tools required, you can take a shot at doing it yourself with one of those $100 automotive manuals.

Since he became a stoner and started doing 20 hours of podcast a week, Kevin Smith's podcast quality dropped quite a bit. I used to listen to all of it, but I rarely tune in now.

So, are all you with the cool MK8 gifs worried that you'll recieve cease and desists fomr Nintendo? In all seriousness, I was never really into Mario Kart, but I'm definitely getting tempted toward a Wii-U.
