I've started doing this as well with most games, but with Device 6 and Year Walk it actually just felt like they ended too early. Could really have done with another puzzle or too. However, to each their own, different strokes for different folks, taste is like the butt... split.

Got the third volume of Batgirl (Death of the family) from my parents for Christmas and finished it almost immediately. Overall I enjoy it quite a bit, the Joker is completely insane (although his new visage is slightly too grisly for my taste) and there are some nice moments. However, I feel that how the stories from the different series (Batman, Nightwing, Batgirl etc) are all interconnected results in some situations where I felt that the writers expected me to read the other books as well.

Love it! I've even gone to the trouble of white-listing your domain in my adblocker -
http://www.redbubble.com/ is another possibility that was brought up by my sister. Never tried it though so I can't vouch for the quality.

I'm sure that we are all well aware of this fact.

Yeah, that part was too long. And the game was too short Just like Device 6.

Was that the part when you have I really liked Year Walk, although it was a bit short. It's always nice to see a bit of your local folklore be represented in mediums you enjoy I found a game called TEN, which is basically tic-tac-toe but played over ten (get it? ) grids at once. On the gameboard you see 9 grids laid out in a 3x3 fashion, forming the tenth grid. The first player chooses a grid in which to play his/her first move. Each of the spaces within a grid corresponds to one of the 9 grids on the main board, so if the first player chooses to place his mark in the top left corner of the active grid the game will then move focus to that grid. The second player will then place his/her mark on that grid and the game will change focus according to his/her selection. To win the game you must score three in a row on the 10th grid. You score on the 10th grid when you win in one of the smaller grids. Not the best explanations, but I'm in a hurry It's fun to play with other people! It was free when I got it, and if it still is I recommend it

That's a great reference. You are great. But yeah, I can really relate to that feeling. I still see people born in the early 90's as the "small kids" even though they're over 20 now

I'm going to bet on the the assumption that if you announce you are doing something you are actually going to do it! So here it is: I am also making a game! In Game maker! It's hard-rock themed Asteroids-like called Space Rocks! It's a pun!

Most of those headlines are way too grim for a magazine with such a flippant name. Edit: Also, it from the FUUUTURE!

A video game music thread is not complete without some Jet Set Radio! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X2HT94t-a5k Age of Mythology also had a very nice soundtrack (Prostagma! Metaleffs!")

Depression Quest. Undoubtedly. It's not fun. It hasn't got much in the way of replay value. The graphics do not live up to todays AAA standards and it's severely lacking in the most important feature in modern video games; dogs. However, it provided me with the single most emotional experience I've had with any game, movie, book or other media. It convinced me to go back and seek help for my own issues, and it shattered my belief that I was alone with the thoughts that haunt my mind. The fact that a game was able to do this for me has inspired me to try and create something in a similar vein that hopefully could help others. On a lighter note... Brothers was pretty good, eh?

Nah. Plenty of people in my high school were completely unable to get it right. I think only 1 out of like 10 people we asked were able to get it.

It was for PC initially, but they ran out of money I believe? So, smaller scale this time.

You need to "subscribe" to the beta update channel though! I got stuck for a while trying to figure that one out.

The original is pretty old I think. Like clyde I believe I've seen some similar games in thrift shops. The fact that they are making new versions creep me out a bit though.

I got really excited about putting together some custom minifigs as presents for family and friends but wow are there a lot of parts And finding the right ones seems pretty daunting.

I reacted unfavourably to the scene you mention as well at first, but in the following volume you get to see why

It looks like an Autobot wearing a dogs pelt. Dogserker?

Just keep at it and pay attention to everything in that "level". I got stuck for a while at that part as well, but once I found the clue I needed everything clicked.
