I think what the controller reminds me of most is that PS2 controller with the trackball that never quite came to fruition.

Chris, I use an Arc Touch mouse, which has a tiny rumble motor in the touch strip to make it feel and sound just like using a scroll wheel. Does it seem like the same kind of thing as that?

I used to work with a guy who was the former manager of a local theater. When they installed a 3D projector in one of the theaters, they had to replace the screen and get rid of the old one. He cut a huge piece of it out, took it home, and used it for his projection setup. It was beautiful. I've always wanted a LaCie LaCinema as an all-purpose device for streaming or watching media off of storage (2TB onboard!). It's super sexy and it doesn't seem to have any of the problems with filetypes or subtitles that the Western Digital box I have now does.

Oh man, so today's big reveal on the Pokémon Facebook page was that Honedge evolves into two Honedges. It's Dugtrio/Magneton/Klinklang all over again and it's hilarious.

I have the first HG Wells one they did and I love it. I guess they released another edition with the exact same contents but a more subdued cover, but who could say no to purple leather with metallic copper ink?

I woke up at 6am with the sudden idea to make an Idle Thumbs Kart racer. It would include all of the major characters of games frequently discussed on Idle Thumbs, each with their own unique abilities. The best is Dishonored Guy, who can blink ahead several meters. His kart is called the Magnificent Mask.
