The core charge ability is what you get after being in your Titan for ~2 minutes. You activate it with "V." For the default Titan it's increased damage. For the fast Titan it's infinite dash and for the tanky Titan it's a better shield. It lasts for like 30 seconds or whatever. edit: beaten

I don't think it's a scam or anything. Mostly what I'm thinking is whether it's a good idea or not. On the one hand, it would be kind of cool to have a Spanish branch of the site, especially if they reviewed some of the same games we've reviewed, and said basically the same thing, then gave them a different score. Or maybe it would be funnier if the score were the same but they mentioned different objective stuff. I don't know. On the other hand, I'm wary of having the logo and the name attached to another site (even if it has a page that acknowledges that it's separate from my site) without having any real quality control over the site. I also think it would also be funny if there were another objective review site doing the exact same thing but with a different logo and name ("Games Reviewed Objectively" or something). So I don't know. In other news the Horizon people have asked me if the site can review the game but I already have a few reviews on my plate and a 4X is kind of a lot of work to review since you have to play it a lot, so I told them not to send a review key unless I find someone to review it. Anyone want to review it? This is an offer for people who have written for the site - if you haven't, I'd ask you to write another review first so that we can know you can write objective reviews.

Glad to see Jazzpunk on the "games discussed" list. It seems like the sort of thing that the Thumbs, especially Chris, will either love or be pretty lukewarm towards.

I think the chances of any of the Idle Thumbs playing the art game enough to find the art before it arrives are fairly minimal.

Opera never became bloated and slow, I dunno what you're talking about. It was the fastest browser up until a few months ago, until the massive fucking idiots at Opera literally killed the entire browser and started it from scratch, this time basing it off of Chrome. So now it's just a shitty fucking piece of shit Chrome fork. I'm still running my old Opera install and I suppose I will have to do so forever. I'm still mad.

Uh, what would count as something that does have something to do with gender if colors, activities, and so on don't have anything to do with gender? Gender is a social concept that picks out various things that we choose to see as gendered - it's not like there's a master list of objective scientific genders out there in the world with a corresponding list of related properties that we deviate from at our peril. If pink is a girl color then pink is a girl color - it's not like we can ever be wrong about that.

I just beat this game. Definitely worth playing. It's not quite as good as I was expecting - I only actually laughed out loud a few times, and although that's really good for a video game, I was perhaps led to believe this game would do even better. Still, the aesthetics are just TREMENDOUS, from the graphic design to the music, and the game itself is still funny even when it's not laugh out loud funny, so yeah, this is totally great.
