My body seems to have gone slightly off kilter since monday I got about 3-4 hours sleep that night & the same again tuesday. Idk why. I'm not feeling particularly stressed atm, and its not hot enough to be uncomfortable for me I just can seem to sleep. So because of that I have spent the whole of today really tired and unfocused, almost fuzzy, like I was a little drunk

I beginning to think the stuttering/freezes may be audio related. Wondering if any of the other people having issues are running a sound card? You could equally say its very Diablo 3-esque. and yup soundtrack is very good so far

It's as beautiful and polished graphically as expected, however I am getting some serious and frequent stuttering and the occasional full on freeze. Idk if others are having the same issues on PC or not.

Idd about the Heavy Crystal 1, it's truly over powered. I primarily use drones defensively, I love the Def II but will happily even take a def 1 drone all the way to the flagship fight just for its anti missile power. Shield Drone + Def Drone II is something i'll go for if it comes up, being total overkill but magnificent all the same. But perhaps that's the problem with the mantis perhaps i need to think more about getting through their shields than protecting myself.

That is indeed a epic wall of text 93. I generally follow most of those principals myself, it think this may have just been a very unlucky run. I was running the Mantis A and store after store i just drew a blank. My instinct was to try and build for teleporter + drones + cloaking + clone bay, with burst/charge weapons if they became available. I was rotating the crew manning sensors & doors with my boarding party if the it had took a beating, (i always feel its useful to have a decent combat counter boarding group in addition to the away team). Was generally trying to hang onto the Pheromones since they'd allowed me to pull off some pretty spectacular kiting with injured mantis when combat didn't go to planned for one reason or another. I'm wondering if I've picked up bad habbits playing with the rock C & its 4 weapon slots which dont apply well to the 3 slot mantis

Spring cleaning is the best! I've had the windows open, sun and fresh air rushing in, blasting from the speakers, and a big jug of iced water a few slices of lemon and lime (plus the occasional black coffee) for refreshment. Currently basking in a heady combination of satisfaction at a job well done, some nice light exercise, and that relaxed feeling that comes when you everything is in it's right place.

Anyone got any general tips about what sort of build to go for with a mantis cruiser? Also does anyone know if shop inventories are determined in any way by which ship your running? I didn't see any weapons until sector 3 with my mantis. It left me feeling it was very difficult to get a decent weapon set up and running, which left me really struggling against auto ships at times.

I've been playing WoW 2 nights most week for years now as part of the same small raiding guild and one thing you notice is that overtime long periods of time the desire of dev's to create interesting/challenging encounters for long time players is huge strain on any social group as slowly but surely players within the group hit differing levels of mastery.

But you went! & that's good. Maybe this con was't all that great. But maybe next time there's a con that interests you the anxiety wont be as pronounced, because you've given the rational part of your brain battling the anxiety a little more ammunition to convince the rest that even if it wasn't great you could handle it, and maybe you'll go and that one will be great. I know it doesn't seem like much, and I know anxiety's are a very personal thing. So what i say about how i feel about it and how deal mine wont necessarily help or be of any comfort to you but... I really think you did a good thing by going.

I looked at that list and realised I basically like most of it apart from Haruhi & everything 2009 onwards (some of which I haven't seen admittedly) >_<Guess I'm not a fan of the cute. Actually after a quick reconsideration I'm not sure I actually think much of Death Note, sure it was Iconic at the time but my overriding memory of my feelings towards it was it was clever but didn't have particular strong or nuanced characters, & I can't only remember the broad strokes of the plot. I guess as my tastes have matured I tend to prefer little character moments, and smart but uses of animation over almost anything else. In response to Merus's question honestly right now I'd say just go straight and watch Mushishi (including its first season) and Ping Pong. There's something really nice to have multiple really good ongoing series to look forward to each week.

Yeah the more times I see it the more convinced I am that he's East Asian. Also would it be any better or worse if he was mixed race? Here's a full picture of the variant cover without the poor guy with the hand grenade. http://media.officialplaystationmagazine.co.uk/files/2014/05/FC4_Packshot_Limited_Edition_PS4_2D_UK.jpg

I have to admit the first thing I thought when I saw that guy was "Hong Kong gangster", I wouldn't be surprised if he leaps off the throne in slow mo, and doves fly out the the sleeves of his imaculately tailor suit. That's said can see why people who didn't get the same first impression as me would raise holy hell about it, and even if you accept that is a bleach blonde asian sitting there there's it's still not a subtle un-problematic image in other ways.

It's hardly news that a Mushishi episode is good but the new one was a classic. I feel throughout its history it's those episodes which behind the wonder have a undercurrent of menace, that demonstrate the show at its best.

Hearthstone: Because what Magic really needed was F2P mechanics

Hahaha nice one dibs The whole burst kill setup is a recurring theme in deck construction, warlock, shaman, hunter, and warrior all have played with variants of it recently. (Including my warlock deck above) Blizzard have done their best to try and limit decks from reducing someone from 30-0 in one turn but you can still see easily do 15-20 damage in a turn from a clear board. -
Gaming can cost a lot if you let it, like any hobby. Especially if you want to keep up with the Jones, certainly choosing to take part in the discussions surrounding the latest titles by buying at release, rather than wait for sales carries a hefty premium.

I'm also to my surprise still enjoying this. I guess the best way to try and sell it to anyone would be a less original fantasy version of Ouran with a Haruhi & Honey lead couple. That might sound as if I'm damning it with faint praise, and I probably am. Yet here I am still watching it despite all the problems you mentioned, some very contrived plots, and not a particularly strong supporting cast. I guess in the end it's probably being carried by it's very hard to dislike female lead .

I've only had a chance to listen to a couple of episodes so I can't speak for its consistency but I did enjoy what I've heard so far http://gillen.cream.org/wordpress_html/category/decompressed/ might be worth a try for you. Not so much on the manga side but he does cover a lot of indies. it's kinda like tone control for comics.

Hearthstone: Because what Magic really needed was F2P mechanics

Been playing a warlock agro deck this evening, have always liked the class but never really had the cards to push it. Well today I got a doomguard and now that little 5/7 ball of hate has a home. Its a lot of fun to play, and needs a lot of fine tuning but I won all the games I needed for the daily quest in short order. -

I'd agree HS's greatest weakness atm is the relative steep rareness power curve. As i said a while back its never stopped feeling cheap when someone top decks a legendary, that said i'm still having fun games a good 3/4 of the time -
I've been watching a lot of Castle as my relaxing tv show of choice recently. For a unpretentiously crime procedural it does a lot of stuf surprisingly well. The lead pairing are very likeable and it's still really quite nice to have a emotional, mildly incompetent, slightly childish, and family centred male, paired with competent logical, career minded, and mature woman. Almost a Mulder & Scully v2.0

congrats SAM but damn it all to heck, every time i ran the Rock C, either the rock home worlds didn't spawn or i was unable to find the event trigger when i got there.

Pierce really has developed a lot over the series. one of my favourite lines in SR4 is his response to the romance option (which I experience with a male boss). I was expecting something a little crude or something that took the micky out of him, but honestly it felt a witty, genuine, and affectionate moment, for which a lot of credit should go to he voice actor for great delivery.
