Chuff Posted September 22, 2004 I'm on the fence about purchasing this and wanted to know what your initial opinions were of the game. The small amount of gameplay I saw was at BestBuy, being hogged by some horrible player, and not the type of first impression I wanted to have. How is the multiplayer on Xbox live? Will this be the big community multiplayer that everyone hopes? From what I've read the singleplayer is short and very easy. Does multiplayer online alone make it worth the purchase? Chris Posted September 22, 2004 The single-player is totally lame due to the AI being utter crap. Xbox Live play really varies, and depends a lot on the connection of the person hosting the game. I've played some really solid battles and some ones that were quite laggy. On the whole it definitely wasn't worth purchasing for me. I'd recommend sticking it out and seeing if the community develops. Right now nobody uses their headsets for the right reasons (that is, any sort of tactical purpose), it's just annoying chatter.
