Wurtsi Posted January 8, 2013 I haven't posted anything in a long while, but I thought this was worth sharing. AGDQ is apparently an annual charity stream that collects money towards cancer research by having a bunch of speedrunners do their thing live on twitchtv. People are being ridiculously generous and the whole vibe of the thing is really pleasant. Also watching these guys power through really hard games in minutes is nothing short of wizardry. Luckily they are very good at explaining what's actually going on on-screen so laymen like me aren't left completely out of the loop. They've already collected over 60 000$ even though the stream has only been live for two days. Cancer isn't gonna cure itself so go donate! Here's the link: http://marathon.speeddemosarchive.com/ Hooray for video games! EDIT: Forgot to mention; the stream will be running until January 12th, also here's a link to the schedule: http://marathon.spee...e.com/schedule/
