Cigol Posted November 1, 2008 Burnout Paradise made $600,000 on PSN... that was selling for a premium in the UK too, £24 for a game that was released nearly a year ago and was actually cheaper in the shops - Burnout Paradise was hardly an AAA game. It's even more impressive when you consider the lower install base of the PS3. I mean it's not like anyone needed reminding of the potential for digital distribution (hello iTunes) but surely this is it?
Tanukitsune Posted November 1, 2008 I'll have to try that out! And... I'm not a fan of driving games...
Scrobbs Posted November 1, 2008 Didn't have as much longevity as the previous Burnout for me.
miffy495 Posted December 3, 2008 Heads up, all. I just went on PSN to get some LittleBigPlanet costumes (the free ones. Don't know if I could be bothered to pay for them) and noticed that The Last Guy is on sale right now for $5. If you were on the fence, as I was, now seems to be a good time to pick it up. I know I just dropped the cash, at any rate.
Scrobbs Posted December 3, 2008 Ah, you'll have fun with that - and get controller-smashingly frustrated sometimes - but largely good fun. Something a bit different.
