However, he's talked a lot of sense for the few years I've been reading him, and present economic conditions in the US, and to a certain extent here in the UK, are looking like a giant corporate raid on public treasuries. As someone put it last week: "Privatise the profits, socialise the debts". If he's right, you're probably picking the right time to leave twmac. I found the news very interesting last week, until I realised that banks have basically spent all the time Bush has been in office piling one outrage on top of another.
