Panzer Dragoon

I recently decided to play Panzer Dragoon Orta again. Great game. Love it.

Then I remembered that you unlock the original Panzer Dragoon once you've completed the game and that I'd never bothered playing it beyond the second level.

Now I remember why. Is it just me or this game actually really hard? Anyone else played it? What do you think?

I don't know yet, I only have Panzer Dragoon 2 for Saturn.

But I've heard that both original Saturn games were quite hard?

I have the PC version and I suck big time at it, I think it the first game adpated for PC...

Yes, the first one is really, really hard. Although part of that difficulty is in there because you can't save your game, which really sucks. It's the weakest in the series because of it.

With Zwei, they added saving and poof, they struck gold.
