Reyturner Posted August 13, 2015 I found it really weird how Velcoro was just casually banging out an explanation as to what the papers where: how did he so quickly suss out the bureaucratic games they were playing? Would that be something a detective would happen to understand? It kind of felt like they just needed those papers to be "the big break" and didn't want to worry about how any of these guys had any idea what they were looking at.
