Does anyone have a recommendation for a good adaptation of Hamlet?

I did a month and I'm intending to go back for another month once I have slightly more time on my hands. WoW is the only game I can really consider subscribing to at this point, and even then I'm usually a one month per expansion guy as well. Warlords of Draenor has just exceeded my expectations.

The Coffee Meets Bagel thing sounds interesting, but it doesn't seem like it exists over here at the moment. I've actually seen UK newspapers reference it, but I can't see it on the UK App Store. Weird.

Very much hoping this works out well. Although I have been playing Theme Hospital again for the last few days, and would kill a homeless person for a remastering of that.

Is bathroom best common room to build a PC in?
Gwardinen replied to Gaizokubanou's topic in Idle Banter
Alternatively, if you have any cardboard lying around, put that down on the carpet and put the PC on that. You can even use plastic bags if the sound won't drive you nuts. -
Actually, didn't this happen with Tali and Garrus in ME3 if you haven't romanced either of them? I'm sure I remember there being reference to the two of them being together.

Just the same publisher. Focus Home Interactive seems to do a lot of work with Games Workshop, but the games are usually made by different developers - this one is Tindalos Interactive. Cyanide did Blood Bowl.

I was curious enough to watch the Larry Wilmore thing through a proxied Hulu. Most of these kinds of shows don't translate that well internationally, but I actually mostly enjoyed it. Certainly enough to check out the next episode tomorrow.

I'd be interested in reading that but I am so broke and I didn't see a particularly obvious free source.

Is anyone still interested in playing this? I never got a chance to actually play it with someone and I'd really like to, especially since the sequel is out now and I'd like to hit that up at some point too.

Hmm, my marker seems to have disappeared from Manchester, UK. Either that or Griddlelol's has devoured mine and gained its power. Plz hlep.

Hey, Apple Cider, you live where those Red Letter Media people live! They are always making jokes about it being the centre of nothingness in the universe. Is this accurate?

I second this. The continuing absence of You Look Nice Today saddens me greatly, but if anyone hasn't yet listened to the episodes that do exist, I thoroughly recommend them.

Somewhat relevant announcement from Intel. We'll see how successful it is.

Did she send you the cat, too? Dammit teg where's my cat?

Well, they're not going to interview someone without at least considering that they might be right for the job, as that would be a waste of time. And as the goblins tell us, time is money, friend.

I generally sell everything in valuables that isn't labelled as a research item, but I may be doing it wrong.

You would absolutely get an outcry of people saying they're going to boycott GTA because they can't rape hookers. However, you would almost certainly not actually have an effective boycott.

Nah, I'm there with you. Vivienne is fine but I have no particular love for her compared to, say, Iron Bull and Cassandra.

Anyone else have this? I bought it from the US PSN store onto my PS3, but I believe it's cross-platform play, so if you have it on the PS4 that's cool. I would just like someone other than my flatmate to play with because he won't stop complaining that Johnny isn't in this one.

I'm still using the DualShock 3, obviously, but I'm actually using the d-pad rather than the analog stick, because PlayStation analog sticks have always been kinda dodgy. I just want the stick from the 360 controller and the d-pad from the PS3 controller, is that so much to ask?

The second to last paragraph of that really bummed me out. I know that sounds stupid and obvious, but up until that point it was clearly an intelligent and insightful kid talking about her problems, and even though I knew the ending I could almost believe that it would be different - somehow the end of the note was going to be "and so I finally got away from my parents and I'm starting to transition, and I'm scared but I'm happy that I'm finally doing what feels right." And then it just takes a left turn off a cliff. All the insight is smothered in depression, and there's no hope in the words. She's just decided it's never going to get better without any reasoning, and I get it. I know how depression does that to you, how it short circuits your logic, but literally reading it from one paragraph to the next - clear eyed description of others sliding into murky, flawed analysis of herself... fuck.

I found it interesting and worthwhile. This line made me laugh, despite (or perhaps because of) its truth: It's shitty that toxic societal arrangements manage to screw us coming and going. Both those of us in the position of privilege and those of us not get to have the crappy formative life experiences, and then the oppressed get to be structurally oppressed even afterwards, and the privileged get to realise they're part of the problem. Thanks, complex societal web of gender roles, traditions and perspectives. Ya got me again.
