I think the "Strong Female Characters" comic was linked in the previous discussion, but I refrained from commenting on it. I'm of the opinion that chivalry is not dead, and for that I may be slightly crazy, but that comic still rubs me the wrong way. Also! Whatever will I do with my James Bond collection?! It is. . .terrifying how correct that is.

I didn't get that far. I really, really dislike the whole super-high tone/pitch voice that seems to be the "cute button" for Japanese women. Hell, I'm sure there's even a word for it, because there's a word for every weird thing that comes out of Japan, but I can't stand it.

I think it shows what kind of person I am (ambivalent, mostly) when the grammar in "make sex to you" bothers me more than the sexism. . . .What. . .you. . .freaking. . .whatthechrist, Rodi. . .

See I. . .mmm. I'm all for equal rights for women, I in general prefer the company of women to men my age, I could go on. But as people have said earlier in the thread, there's campaigning, and then there's taking any slight/perceived wrong to an entirely unnecessary level. And while Custer's Revenge is about as classless as it gets, "Custer's Revenge (rape simulation game) released" is where I draw the line on this conversation. Have at it guys, I'll be over here with my old ideals and avoiding the crazy people.

I'm not sure, I have this oddly shaped scar on my leg where this hippie bit me. I'm worried it might be a tattoo. . . That was, perhaps a bit vague, and I can definitely agree with Miffys point. If I were to get something video game related it'd probably be a symbol from something, less than a character or say, vehicle. Or something that could be interpreted as a symbol. Say (if I were even remotely a Halo person), the Halo plasma sword. Or the Assassin's Creed symbol that they've seemed to take for all of their games. (The triangle with the curved bottom) I actually considered a tattoo of Zeus for a long while, for a dual reason of; - Age of Mythology is probably my favorite game ever - I actually believe in the Greek Pantheon, and that's an incredibly long story that'll have to happen another time. But I'd probably just par it down to a hand with a bolt of lightning. Long explanation, short payoff. I'm becoming a politician.

I assume it's to prevent the evil from leaking out. Tattoos are the worship of Satan, so says the Catholic church. It must be that, right? Either way, I'm not big on tattoos, and I'm really not sure if I was that I'd get a direct reference to a video-game.
