He talked a lot last year about how he regrets his hotheadedness and how he's calmed down a lot in recent years.

Because he's an intelligent guy with decently informed or at least formed opinions? Do you not like him because of his reputation or do you have an actual reason?

I tend to agree with David Jaffe (off the GiantBomb E3 cast) when he said he'll be excited when we have more context for street violence. I like the idea, it looks incredible, just what's going on? I will say that I really appreciate cars (mostly) acting like they've been shot with bullets, rather than bullets filled with high explosive.

Re: audiobooks, don't listen to them if you're doing something that requires more than slight concentration. I listened to the (absolutely brilliant) Stephen Fry version Harry Potter audio books over the course of a month or so of Minecraft, and never had a problem. It also helps that my keyboard has a WMP pause/play key if something does come up. I like audiobooks, but they can do some weird things. The audiobook of The Lies of Locke Lamora completely shattered every mental idea I had about how the characters sounded, which seems to be a frequent danger.

Don't get me wrong, I agree that Season 2 has been... inconsistent, but I'm still 110% on-board for GoT TV adaption.

I too am a complete baby when it comes to pain tolerance, but the one large brawl I've been in was, an experience. I imagine it was mostly because it was the kind of fighting you tend to see in high school/untrained kids where they latch onto each other and punch until one of them does something to stop it, but it was a thing. Not one I'd want to repeat, but I can say I have hit someone with a honest to god bar stool, so I guess, you know, cross that off the bucket list. It wasn't though Pope though, so maybe it stays on. But yeah, the guy in question is probably getting punched. I will relish it, I expect, we haven't had much in common for years, maybe it's time to just burn that bridge. With punching.
