All right I finally opened up that last door, and now I'm at 510+45 Sorta feeling like maybe I'm done now. Is there... anything else I could really do? PS That ending, wow.

Just gonna lay out clearly how I solved these things. ...Written out like that it sounds really vague and dumb, but I guess it worked as a spacial reasoning system for me haha.

I guarantee the shape matters! At any rate, that was never the mechanic I was questioning. Also: re: doors: I explained in my previous post, possibly while you were typing up yours, that I meant a different door in the same area. Goddamn this game is hard to talk about, hahaha. All right I'll accept the mechanic since now multiple people are saying it should be that way. It still doesn't sit right with me. Like I said I literally have not used it that way since. Not even once. I may not have solved every puzzle, but I know for sure I've solved most of them. I was even watching out for that mechanic ever since, as it blindsided me the first time. I think I'd hodl this up as the one major issue I've had with the game so far, but it's still a pretty minor issue in the grand scheme of things. (The other is... well, I already complained about that one above.) re: doors Circles prawks: yeah I'm aware of tha tmechanic. I'd have to be to be able to solve many of the puzzles I've already solved! It's the other very specific mechanic that I've literally only used this once that's throwing me off. Hence why I was looking for a more "correct" solution.

I have a question about a puzzle solution in the swamp. I was stumped on this puzzle for a long time, and then accidentally solved it in a moment of frustrated semi-random line movements. Cleinhun offered up a possible solution, but it doesn't sit right with me (no offense Cleinhun!), because the mechanic suggested never shows up again, at least that I've seen... Please help. D:

Overlord is pretty great. It doesn't take itself seriously and it's just about this guy who's extremely stupid powerful. It's a refereshing change to the formula. I liked it a lot.

Well, I've heard of three distinct endings, separate from what you're talking about. I've only seen the one straightforward ending. I'm not sure if what you're talking about is one of the other two. Also to answer your question re: lasers.

Cool I found the last hexagon. I think I'm now at the point where I can stop caring as much about spoilers. Unless... there's something else I might discover through trying to solve the + puzzles? I kinda wish I had kept track of where all those audio logs are. Also, when people talk about different endings, does that mean going back to the ending again? Or will it activate on its own when it's ready?

Windmill The + puzzles are really fun to try to find, but I dunno if I'll ever be able to find them all by myself. I have no idea what a ++ would even be. I also have no idea how to get different endings!

Haha I just got into that room. I love the method they use to convey the time you have left.

Aaaaand now I'm stuck on both the temple-thing and the cluster-of-buildings. I think that's all I have left, as far as Main Puzzles go. I tell you what I have not been this into a video game in a long time. And I definitely have not felt this determined to solve it on my own in a long time. That moment when I finally get the trick to a specific type of puzzle, and then I breeze through the rest of that section, it's always so good. I have a feeling I'll fall off once I have to start looking for SECRETS because besides a few things for the thing, I haven't found any.

I'd already done the quarry. I solved it anyway! Yay me! So I beat the game! ...When it finished, it went to a screen with "Start a New Game" as the only option. Can I go back, to go do the areas I didn't finish before?
