I wish but I've always been terrible with him. ):

You say I'm good but you should've seen the game I just played as Lion. I don't know why, because he's exactly the right kind of hero for me, but I just fucking suck with him.
-
New Lion face is so goddamn ugly.

(If you guys get sick of me bragging about killing pubs, let me know, and I'll stop. I mostly do it for my own entertainment, anyway. D: ) One day I'll be able to actually pull this kind of stuff off in high-level comp play! Haha yeah totally gonna happen yeah.

Mein Thumbcraft—IdleT Dedicated Minecraft Server

I accidentally threw an ender pearl once when trying to open a chest and it teleported me inside a wall and I suffocated and the items were never to be seen again. D: -
Huh. Nope, it's not supposed to do that. I don't have that problem, and other people don't! D:

Or you could just watch a pro.

There's nudity, violence, and swearing, and then there's just straight up creative freedom. I'm sure there's more restrictions than just FCC regulations when you're writing for Fox or whatever. I mean, without those extra restrictions - that is to say, budget - Firefly would have obviously lasted more than one season. Dollhouse more than two. Buffy probably would have ended sooner? Maybe? I feel like it should have, but then, like you, I'm not a huge fan. Fucking army guy was the beginning of the end for me. (I liked Angel the series a lot more, as a whole.)

It'd be interesting to see a Joss Whedon show unchecked by the realities of network TV. But I'm not sure it'd really be that different in the end.

I loved Bakemonogatari and I was told its sequel was NOT good in comparison. BUH?! Yes. It is pretty short-sighted to say "I don't like anime" when it's such a broad term that pretty much means "any animation that comes out of Japan", and said animation is so varied that unless you hate Japanese culture, it's probably impossible to never find something you don't like.* Then again, I've interacted with people who claim to not like music - at all - so what do I know. * I wonder if I could rewrite that statement to be more awkward and have even more negatives.

It is by no means necessary to start with LoL. I would discourage it, but really only because I dislike LoL as a game compared to Dota, so what do I know. Last night:

You'd have to get an invite, and, no, it's not very good at teaching new players how to play, yet. They are going to add tutorials and stuff (even, it seems, for certain individual characters), but I guess that's not top priority right now, as it seems there's been no progress made on that front for a long while.

Well, neat. I still vastly prefer Sublime in a lot of ways, though, just in the few days I've been using it. (And although I can and did change NP++'s color scheme, it's also nice to have a default scheme that isn't stupidly white.)
-
How? I've been using Notepad++ for a long while. Never knew.

With that voice? Hell no! On a more serious note: I generally take these kinds of happenings as out of the ordinary. I don't recall Dollhouse's episodes being on a day-to-day basis (although I may be wrong), so the "normal" stuff just happens when we don't see it. Whether or not that makes for good storytelling is probably up to how the writers actually handle it, but yeah.
-
I was upset with Dollhouse because the beginning sucked so much. (And the aforementioned Dushku hate didn't help, either. Seriously, she's awful. Stop using her, Mr. Whedon.) But the ending redeemed everything that happened prior. I can't pinpoint why, exactly, but I loved it.

In other news, I switched to Sublime for finishing up my last Advanced Real-Time Rendering project, and holy fucking shit this thing is amazing. YOU CAN EDIT MULTIPLE LINES AT ONCE. WHAT. It's sixty bucks to buy it. I think I'm gonna do it.

Speak for yourself, nerd!

Oh man I loved Veronica Mars! I get the feeling that I never actually finished the series, but I'm not sure if that's because it was canned early or because I actually didn't finish it. O:
-
I hate Dushku. She's such a horrible actor. UGH. Ahem.
-
And I can't even get one even though I bought it. ): (EDIT: This isn't me begging for it. I'm sure they'll get around to getting me one eventually. I've posted in the appropriate thread on their forums already.) Man I want to be done with school so I can play this. Four days left of project hell. D:

Well, same deal. I need to "set it up in some fashion" is what I really meant. U:
-
Someone on my game team (school game team, that is) showed that to me recently. It looks amazing. I need to actually get around to installing it some day.
-
I was under the impression that the game actually takes place specifically in the world of the comics, not the show (as there are a number of significant differences), but that it's just a different group of people. Oh. Since I didn't get an email, I guess I bought it too late. Shame.
