Works for me! I fucking love music it's my favorite goddamn thing in the world. I'm by no means an expert or a musical snob. I listen to everything and I love everything and it just... I'm convinced I wouldn't have made it through the misery of high school without music. Sad music, happy music, angry music, calm music, WHATEVER. It all pleases me. It's weird to me that other people don't feel the same. It's integral to my being.

It's only free to play on iOS. Although I understand your concern about it affecting the PC version. That was my life as shooters transferred from being designed for PC first to console first.

I'd probably still play League if they made more fun modes like Dominion. I think Dominion is superior to the standard game mode. I feel this very strongly. I also hope Valve continues experimenting with alternate gaem modes like Diretide and Frostivus. Diretide was pretty fun. Frostivus is garbage, but that's okay. failures are OKAY. I want an official, permanent version of Diretide, with a map built for it.

I just don't buy physical games because they're a waste of space and I have literally zero emotional attachment to them. Digital reigns supreme, because they're digital products. It's like how I don't give a rat's ass about wallpapers or whatever as Kickstarter rewards, but I'll eat up a piece of art that I can actually hang on my wall. "games played" vs "games not played" also was pretty much the same ratio for me when I DID own consoles and frequently buy physical copies of games. Which is kinda something special, 'cause back then I couldn't get a dozen games for the price of one new game on a biweekly basis. Heh. The major problem I have with this is it means you're largely stuck in a rut of "well I chose my defensive masteries and runes... GUESS I GOTTA PLAY ACCORDINGLY". Obviously, you still have some choice beyond there, but it's dumb to make this a meta, pre-game choice. When you're only depending on your item choice, you end up with much more versatile, much more dynamic games where a team decides that this or that just isn't going to work, so they've gotta switch strats or whatever. Eurgh, eurgh I hate that dumb shit in League. Even when I played it all the goddamn time I thought it was the stupidest fucking thing.

He's also intelligent enough to know and admits to having the knowledge that pledging is not the same thing as spending. So, basically, he's part of the vicious cycle that is "oh that's not doing very well, why bother funding it" to "it's not getting any money" and back to "oh that's not doing very well, why bother funding it".
