Actually Zod was the high point for me. Aside from a few shitty lines (which can't really be blamed on the ACTOR), he was awesome. Which is weird 'cause of all the Superman villains I know about, he's like wayyyyyy at the bottom of my Care list. Not that I really CARE about any of them, but, well, you know.

Man of Steel: Best Comedy 2013 I'm pretty sure I laughed at that movie more than I laugh at most actual comedies. Take that for what you will. I mean I don't expect much from comic book movies. But something went horribly wrong here.

I struggled through it when I started rereading the series, but that's mostly because I KNEW it got better, and not because it was strictly BAD. Though I suppose an argument could be made in that regard.

Yeah they do mention it pretty frequently in non-other-game-specific interviews. Although I prefer when they refer to it as Ricochet 2, because that gives me a minor tweak of reactive hope every time that Valve's secret best game is getting a sequel.

Yeah that's probably a problem! But that's why I am going to ride a bit every night, just to figure out how I'm going to do it. Although unfortunately last night was D&D, tonight is Man of Steel and tomorrow I'm camping. Thursday will be the first night I get a real chance to ride. Hah. (Hills aren't a problem near where I live, though, miraculously enough. Burlingame is pretty flat. ESPECIALLY compared to the rest of San Francisco.)

I agree with Zeus on the sleep thing. If there was a way to avoid sleep in a way that was not detrimental to my health, I would do it in a heartbeat. That's an average of eight hours wasted a day. Gimme that time back, you stupid, weak, frail, human body. Food is a different story though. Yum.

I like the progress bars. They're much more likable than countdown timers. That said, it's not as immediately attractive. Where are my candies! (I'm at work and don't have time to really delve into it, unfortunately.)

Well I'm not going to go so far as to say I don't enjoy that good ol' stompin' feelin', but if the tradeoff of having a surrender option is that the other team is less miserable and I lose a bit of cold, hard fun, then I'm all for it. I've Been There. Heh. Plus, it means I might get an extra game in where I normally wouldn't. Even stomps can last a good forty minutes sometimes!
