Yeah, but I really just meant that the PLUS was what turned the controller into what I (and I'm sure a lot of other people) wanted it to be, regardless of its post-release support. Now awaiting Steam Controller Motion Plus.

I think dudes get called out for being bossy just as much as ladies, in my experience*, but the rest of that is definitely still true, and sad. I was actually thinking about the first one the other day, and how, in that regard, I've always made a "bad" man and a "good" woman, because I'm so unpopular oh woe is me (I'm jokes). *YMMV, obvs. And, actually, now that I think about it, that may just be because I learned/worked in a male-dominated field (computer science/video games)! GUYS!!! I got me an on-site interview. In... Dallas, Texas. Not sure how I feel about working/living in Texas, to be honest, but it'll be new and I love new, so I'd probably take it if I ended up getting the position. Still waiting to hear back from my other on-site interview. I guess they had a lot of applicants. Hohum.

Yeah. It's just, man, it's hard enough getting used to prolific actors across different franchises in completely different settings (sci-fi versus realistic settings versus whatever), but when they appear in three separate contexts as three different characters all withint he same series... Oh, well.

Someone explain to me why this guy plays three different characters in the Stargate franchise? One in each series? I get that maybe he was affordable or adequate for what they want or they liked working with him, but goddamn.

I guess I'm just seeing a lot of people asking Valve for information, when all they're going to have is a prototype, and that's all they're EVER going to have. Like, nothing is going to be final, yet.

Guys I don't think... I don't think "hardware design" is a thing they care about. From the sounds of it, all Steam Machines (ugh I do not like that name, haha) will be manufactured to the whims of the manufacturers themselves - none of which are Valve. I'm pretty sure it's just a combination of SteamOS and branding that creates a "Steam Machine".
