I miss playing the trumpet a lot. I loved it. Played all throughout grades 6-12. Well, I made baritone my main in 11 and tuba my main in 12, but other than that. But it's hard to practice trumpet in an apartment complex where the walls aren't thin enough to keep it from driving everyone else out of their mind.

No, the fan just had a noticeable resistance compared to the other one (cooler has two). But then it stopped squealing like two days after I installed it and already set up the RMA. Man, it was driving me goddamn insane. But, completely silent now!

I think this is definitely what happened.

I still haven't managed to get another Yveltal-for-Bulbasaur on GTS. Been up there for a week now! Oh well. I've almost finished the Central Kalos Pokedex. And am currently working on evolving/breeding-for-baby-versions of all the Pokemon I've caught. That's my current status!

I can't accept that.

I have a friend who once told me the reason he can't stand subtitles is because he has ADD and it is very hard for him to focus on the subtitles without being completely distracted by the movement on the rest of the screen.
-
I can accept that.

I guess theoretically it's possible, but I'm not sure I've ever seen a situation where it could happen. It's also theoretically possible that the level generation guarantees that can't happen. ...Unless you bomb a bunch of holes and MAKE it happen.

YEAH WELL YOU'RE WRONG

I dunno I feel like I'd like coffee-flavored ice cream. I've never had it! Weird, I should have tried it by now. WEIRD. Best flavor of ice cream: green tea. Which is also weird because I really don't like green tea!

I like me some coffee flavored foods, but coffee cake as I know it tastes nothing like coffee. And is de-goddamn-licious!

Dang. Shut down!

Yeah it's pretty cool. U:

God I really wanted cake last night but managed to stop myself from going and buying a cake. Now I want cake again, except I want to bake one myself (which I've never done). I was about to say maybe I'll do that tomorrow but then I remembered Day of the Devs is tomorrow.

Kinda what I was thinking. Good lord.

Man do I know that feeling.

I can definitely see myself getting something out of watching an entire filmography for a specific director or writer or whatever. But I can also see myself getting bored and giving up pretty quickly, even if I like it. I'm the worst!

Man, really? I couldn't stand Game Maker when I tried it. But that might be because I have a programming background.

I just read that Unity 4.3 is going to have native 2D support, and got super goddamn excited, even though it's not out, yet. So tomorrow I'm going to start making a game in Unity, even though I won't have access to the 2D stuff, yet. I can always port it over later. I'll probably use Ragepixel, even though I've heard it's woefully simple, because all I want to make is a woefully simple prototype or twenty. So what I'm saying is, get excited, and then Do It. That's how game!

I love you, too.

Nevermiiiiind, updated BIOS and now I'm in Windows!

I got my new video card, but it doesn't work. It sits at the BIOS screen, which is uninteractable, and beeps periodically every ten seconds or so (haven't bothered to time it). Old video card still works (except for the whole fan not spinning thing), which would seem to indicate that my new card is just busted. Except if it was, I wouldn't expect it to show the BIOS screen at all. I'd expect it to fail outright. So I did some Googling, and found suggestions to reset the CMOS. Which I did, both in the BIOS menu (using my old card) and physically connecting the two pins with a metal screwdriver (as instructed in my motherboard manual). No change. Old video card still works, new one doesn't. So then I read a single post that suggested updating the BIOS for a different, but maybe similar problem. Except I don't really know how to do that, since I've never bothered before. Basically: help? Is my video card actually fried, or am I just stupid?
