Haha I have been holding off on posting this for a while but the video proof cemented it for me. I HAD TO! Duck Hunt Dog is def a rad addition and I'm stoked for him, but much like Dr. Mario, it's still TECHNICALLY possible, though unlikely, that Leaker 1 is a big fat liar. And if I'm being completely honest I care so much more about Dr. Mario than anyone else. He was my main dude in Melee and losing him hurt a lot in Brawl. ): He was replaced by Wolf and Snake in Brawl, both of whom aren't even in Smash 4! Well, unless you believe that "also DLC" bit, which... I don't. Even if Leaker 1 ends up being true (which as I said I think it is), it strikes me more as something someone with real information would toss in to fuck with people once the legitimate part of the leak is proven to be true.

About a weak ago there was a big leak. It claimed Bowser Jr. and Shulk and Dr. Mario and various would be in the game. The leak came in three different parts, two screenshots each. It's been up in the air whether or not it was real, or only one of the parts was real or whatever. As someone who briefly studied Japanese (and lived in Japan for half a year), I think Korean sounds totally different. But that's to be expected. I also hate the way Korean and Chinese sound. X: LANGUAGES. FUN.

I quit Deadlight. It's okay most of the time and really completely awful some of the time. The controls are sluggish, intentionally so, but it does not work in the game's favor. It's like it's trying to be Limbo but also there's combat and zombies attacking you a lot and blech.

Also I watched Fullmetal Alchemist: The Star of Milos, which I THOUGHT was going to be another movie in the original series' timeline. Don't know why I thought that. It was way off. It's basically filler between episodes 20 and 21 of Brotherhood. It was fun enough, but dragged on a bit too long. Had a super rad alchemy-infused chase scene that started on a train, so that was a lot of fun. Also now I'm watching The Daily Lives of High School Boys on Ninjasquirrel's recommendation. Goddamnit it's hilarious. Apparently it came out not long after Nichijou, and it's much in the same vein as Nichijou (and Azumanga Daioh before that), except from the perspective of, you'll never guess, boys?! anyway it's great.

The consensus on the Dota 2 subreddit (i embarrassingly check that about once a day!) seems to be that 1) they're only talking about sponsoring an esports team period and Dota 2 just happens to be one they've mentioned and 2) it's just a publicity stunt and they never actually will because no tournament would willingly advertise porn. Not so sure if I believe that no tournament would associate themselves with porn, but I definitely believe that the bigger ones, ala The International, would rather not.

I enjoy the "real gamers" rhetoric. Enjoy. It almost always boils down to "real gamers don't like change" disguised as "real gamers don't like conflict" beneath a layer of "real gamers only care about games". Fun times.

I know, that's the problem I always have when deciding whether or not to continue watching something. So much time wasted! I suppose I might as well finish this season - I'm real close. Also I've grown to hate Nathan with his almost-whisper voice. Grrr. Better now that he's finally Duke is great though.

I've been catching up on Haven, one of those SYFY TELEVISION SERIESes, and I'm nearing the end of season four. Considering dropping it. Does anyone watch it? I liked it more in the first couple seasons but now not so much. There's a whole 26 episodes guaranteed after I finish this season (for some reason the next season, five, is twice as long as season four?? AMERICAN TELEVISION), and then possibly more after that if it continues being popular enough.
