All of these things are kind of reasons I WANT to get into Homestuck. But because it's so large, I probably never will. Hurray!

Past week or so I've been really wanting to play this again for reasons I can't quite explain. I even have Demon's Souls now and Dark Souls 2 that I've never played and I don't really feel like I'm finished with Bloodborne yet but still the strongest urge I feel is Dark Souls 1. EXPLAIN THIS TO ME. (None of this matters because the new Dota 2 patch will be live soon and one of my main Dota 2 pals is now done with exams and school and so that'll be my life for a while.)

Yeah, lots sedatives. And be super aggressive - kill 'em fast. But... don't let them grab you... That's how I handled it! Frenzy and poison are terrible mechanics I hate both of them! But eh they're at least mostly non-present in the game. EDIT: I'm less disdainful of poison when it comes from an enemy and not a stupid poison lake. |:

From the beginning I very much wanted to ape the Earthbound style of everything. I think I did okay on the art front! But I'm not so sure I pulled off the writing... Especially since I did all of the gravestones based on episode titles and/or hastily remembered Idle Thumbs memes in thirty minutes, as I said in my spoilered post above. But I'm glad to hear you say that. U:

These all sound like questions that could easily be answered down the road, and also have answers that should be acceptable to any reasonable human being. But, as evidenced by this whole situation, PC gamers are not traditionally reasonable.

I'd love for Sunset Overdrive to come to PC but I doubt it has even a chance since Insomniac.

Coming into the game from rest mode now auto kicks you to title screen as you've been "disconnected." So in a way it's "fixed", yeah.

That's the kind of junk I love in these shows. Like Warehouse 13 was superb when it came to that (and also similarly not all that great when it was focusing on The Big Plot). Basically any popular Syfy TV show from the past ten years besides BSG and I guess SG:U. Anyway... Season five is so far away! But I'll keep watching for now.

Okay. I just started season two. To be clear I'm not finding it unenjoyable. It's just kind of... it takes itself far more seriously than I think it's earned the right, if that makes sense. Usually when I'm watching something like this it embraces the cheesiness of it all, and so far it's just cheesy without really acknowledging it, besides a few choice moments. Also goddamn I hope they get a third buddy to pal around with at some point. I don't care who it is. Bring back Missouri, she was awesome.

After beating the game I decided it was time to do some chalice dungeons for real and so I did that and now I think I'm on Central Pthumeran chalice, whatever the Third Depth is. Suddenly got hard! Also traps everywhere! The traps actually make the dungeons a lot more fun, I think. So hurray! I've dropped using the ludwig's blade in favor of blades of mercy. I also bought a scythe and have been trying that out although I'm not sure I like it yet? I dunno. Once it's more fully upgraded to proper +9 (or +10 which I guess I can do now since I'm running around in chalice dungeons, just need to find the material) I'll have a better idea, I think. I really wanna get those beast claws, though. It could be fun? Will be different, though. They seem to encourage aggressive play even more than the temp health loss mechanic.
