I had just left SMB running, which apparently didn't count. So now I just plugged in my xbox controller and put a rubberband on the stick to make him run into the wall. Hopefully the game won't time out the level or something. I'm about to have the worst 1-1 time ever.

Yeah I figured, but I'd rather try here first. So all I need to do is leave Super Meat Boy (or whatever Potato Sack game you have) running right? At least Valve is doing this with indie games and not their own or some other big publisher's.

Alternatively, it worked on me - cancelled PS3 order on amazon and got it on Steam. God damn you valve. Oh yeah, anyone want Portal 1? I've got an extra copy.

I preordered on amazon today. The PS3 version. Right now, those hours when everyone else is playing it don't seem like a big deal, but who knows how agonizing they'll be on release day.

As anvil and I were lamenting a few days ago, I wish there was more to do with redstone so there were more mechanisms to make. I really want the pistons to be put in ASAP. That said, I look forward to the achievements for something to toy around with.

When it comes to stuff like that, I ALWAYS give the benefit of the doubt that it's real. It almost always is too.

View of the east side of the zeppelin. To get to the observation platform, take the path on the right side of the Motel Hell in the nether.

Compass in the top right shows that it isn't actually oriented north, for some reason. To see the nether and caves scroll to the right of the screen and a little menu should pop out. Don't think it's done mapping though.

Yeah but it's way too complicated for something that is so slow and isn't even fully automated - you still have to go replant. Hopefully someone can come up with a cooler use for the mechanism (which would be vastly simplified with the piston mod). I see cannons being a thing with the piston mod too.

Apparently this mod is going to be incorporated (but not in the next patch) into the full game. zHAhRl1X6T0 That looks sweet and would make for some weird contraptions. My first thought was a trash compactor that pushes blocks into lava.
