Hawken, or: Fuck Me, Mech Games Are BACK!

Hawken: Chicken House DLC/Expansion confirmed? -
Congrats Nick

I recently picked up Gamma World. It's basically a Fallout version of D&D with randomness thrown in everywhere: character creation & stats and mutant powers and tech loot that can break down after an encounter. Excited to try it out this weekend. Also, I can vouch for Ticket to Ride on iPad, it's fun, and the Europe Map of the board game was also fun. I heartily recommend the Penny Arcade Board/Card game, it's awesome.

I'm terrified of Mass Effect 3, because each time I hear something new about it, it's something stupid. I always like the Bioshock games way more in theory than practice - I just don't find the shooting to be all that enjoyable. Maybe Infinite will be different. The only game I'm genuinely excited for is Torchlight II, but I am looking forward to The Witness, Guild Wars II, and the inevitable Skyrim DLC.

Using Bound Sword, my Conjuration is through the roof. Plus it levels up my one-handed too.

Yeah it looks like someone is annotating the different discussions and putting them up on youtube.

With all the crafting stuff in the game, you could probably just create a trader and have your companion do most of the fighting.

I went ahead and created a Thumb platoon. Just search for 'Idle Thumbs'

Feels more like the COD engine stuck in BC2. The faster kills are welcome, but no reviving isn't. I'm on as eclipt1c for the pc version and Squid Division for the xbox one.

My guess is that being level 50 and having the achievement for all cars in your garage will unlock most of it.

Sorry, I've had a very busy week and will have to play catchup but I'm still in.
-
Looks good. I don't think we need anything more specific than 'Sunday' because it's the weekend and people will be in and out doing other stuff anyway.
-
As far as scheduling, I think weekly discussion would be far more conducive to actually finishing the thing than bi-weekly. Maybe a week and a half per session?
-
So, around when should we say that we should have 00 and 01 completed? How many people want to participate that don't have the game already? Is a week and a half too soon, or is two weeks too far away?
-
I booted up the game last night to see how far I ever got in it (I still have no idea as the game doesn't tell you what chapter you're in). How did this game ever get made and brought outside of Japan, let alone get the good reviews it got? It's pure fucking insanity.

I'd like to, but alas, I'll be gone Sunday. -
Weren't the GC and PS2 versions released at the same time, unlike RE4 though?
-
Wheres all the multiplayer networking gone?

Is there a TF2 server that anyone knows of that would enough room to accommodate us? -
I might be up for it. 00 is pretty short isn't it? So maybe 00 and 01 for the first one?
