  1. Assassin's Creed II

    I thought Da Vinci was handled very well, actually. He's one of the game's more engaging characters. A kind of lovable berk, who just happens to be a genius inventor. Of course, him working as a weapons designer for an assassin is utterly ridiculous; but no more so than a man reliving the memories of his ancestors by strapping himself into a futuristic tanning bed.

  3. Old Games That Hold Up...Or Don't

    Syndicate Wars hasn't aged well. At all. If you've been toying with the idea of buying the PSN version: don't. It's probably still comletely playable, but I can't tell because of the impenetrable swamp of grubby pixels that floods the screen whenever I load it up.
