I would disagree with you. Many of the major companies seem to have done major cuts this year, and i think you are underestimating the impact of the financial situation. The industry as a whole is doing fine. You can't broaden that to all gaming related endeavors though. *Looks at dead space extraction sales*

My experience with the game is pretty much this.

I want to see that list of projects that they cut. To see if there was any games worth brooding over. Like when they gave up on that LOTR RPG. I feel sorry for the people who were cut.

Ahh, i was in media blackout since it is my second most anticipated game. I listened to the ME2 interview with dr. Gregg, and it really made me want to go trough the good side of mass effect. Unfortunately i am in the middle of the superb Lost Odyssey.

I did not understand that stuff at all at E3. Spoiler: In my playtrough it did look like he might have been smashed, but he walked away from it. Then he chose which of the two dudes to be in charge or whatever... Did i miss some after credits scene or something or was it just my playtrough?

Not really a boycott. More like a total indifference to superb Activision titles like Barbie and the Three Musketeers Activision has made statements that have irked me, but real world negative actions have a much bigger impact. Like the 60$ price tag on the lazy pc port of the 360 version of MW2. Even though that really has no impact on me. Since i was not impressed by COD4, and even if i was. I would go with the 360 version.

I have a vivid recollection of my character. His harsh cold stare, the scar on his right cheek, the fact that he has red hair, and some personality stuff. I'm not sure if i want to use him though. Since he was too evil for the limitations of the first game, and he some chars i have second thoughts about.

I usually buy 1 tekken game each gen. (3,tag,??) I don't think 6 will be the best that the tekken series has to offer this gen. So i will just wait for a sequel.

I downloaded the L4D2 demo to my 360 a few days ago, and i didn't expect much. Long story short, i have lost count of how many times i have gone trough the demo, and i pre-ordered the game. It's a shame that i won't be able to play with the thumbs community. Since you guys seem to be going for the pc version. I do have other sites i go to where the 360 is the prominent version. So i'll see if i can get something going there. Even the randoms people i encountered on XBL were pretty good. There was a couple of times where i encountered tards who enjoyed team killing, but that seemed to be a rarity

I have been considering doing another ME run before the release of the sequel. In my first run i was a very sinister dude who was irked by the fact that the game didn't allow him to be as evil as he wanted to be. How different would a playtrough with a completely different character be?
