Torchlight is so great, I pre-ordered it on Steam and I've registered more than 50 hours so far into it and I still wanted to buy it at 5EUR just because this is the best deal I've seen ever when value per $ is concerned. And I would just to gift it to someone, but I have no money right now

If the little that's shown that is in 3D looks extremely generic. If that's what they are going for it won't even make me consider buying it. Mythos/Torchlight were what I wanted in the first place.

Look for games released between 1990-2002 or something like that. The card is probably with 128MB RAM? AGP, made in 2001. Ancient technology If you've bought your Main Board with the integrated video after 2002 chances are you're better off with the integrated one. As long as you give it enough RAM to use from your main ram of course.

If it's a per slot price I would be willing to cut in on the action if I can, not a problem. As long as it's a server somewhere in EU or Russia, because the uS ones give me a horrible ping.

Damn, Bridge is fucking hard and intense. We had to finish it on easy and still I was the only survivor at the end - all were dead or incapacitated just before the chopper. Low on health, ammo and a tank there - you can't do anything but run and whoever falls behind - bad luck, pall.

I played a few of the campaigns, I think 3 of them, and I want to kick myself in the balls. Why didn't I like this a year ago? It's awesome. The characters are definitely a lot, lot better and funnier. The shotguns are really powerful and I really enjoy zombies flying away when I shoot them - something that is somewhat missing from L4D2, imo. But it's too limited, very few guns, it's all at night and while the maps are great they also have that sameish feel to them, it's like I'm playing a Doom type of game - most of the time I'm closed off between walls, etc. Also, it's 10 times easier than L4D2 - tanks and witches die really easy, zombies aren't as much. I'm looking forward to finishing the game and trying some of the better user created campaigns out there.

Now that I have the game - me too. Seems like there's a party forming

L4D2 is already 25% cheaper. And it's included in the valve pack for 79EURO. Damn, why did I pre-order this? I'll never pre-order anything because as soon as I do either something bad happens to the game or it gets cheaper the week after.

That would be awesome actually. They should have just contracted ZZ Top instead of making up some rockers, though.

I'd like to start learning how to make my own maps and stuff like that, problem is I can't afford L4D now. Does anyone know of any way to get the authoring tools without the game(no warez)? I hear they will release those for L4D2 in a few months which is too much time to waste.

The game froze. Again. I'm getting sick of this. I'm not going to play anything in the next 3 days so hopefully they will patch it up by then.

Yesterday when I played the campaigns it happened to one of us and since it was right after the safe house there were no specials to helps o we had to kill him and then revive him with the defibrillator and it worked. I thought they would patch this ASAP, I'm surprised they let it go in the latest patch.
