http://www.ifc.com/interactive-awards/ Interactive Achievement Awards. A comedian host who actually knows games and jokes about them!? I liked it. Good award show. Edit: Oh man, the Borderlands skit had me in tears. Great stuff.

More like the CRACK BUTTON, m i rite?! I keep finding myself compulsively clicking it every time. It's so useful!

I concur. You only control 2 squads in co-op campaign, so you have considerable oversight. It's fun.

Same for me.

Man, I sound loud... I'll try to mend that.

The Idle Thumbs Podcast Episode 3: "Your Buddy, Space Marine" or "The Capper"

That is one hot looking chick. -
Finished Portal again... So I could do the Radio thing and also to watch the new ending.

Coincidentally, I ordered Name of the Wind yesterday. Heard a lot of good things about it, so I'm looking forward to it. I just finished 'The Design of Everyday Things' by Donald A. Norman. It was funny, because for a book about good design, the layout was horrible. I often lost track of where I needed to start reading again when the text was broken up by pictures or other things. Some good insights, though.

A new multiplayer game (for the times when left for lobby gets too much)

Thumb would work. Though what are our options? Anything based on any Idle Thumbs injoke or other funnies? -
He should shoot lasers from his nipples. Then I'd be happy.

Do wap... Adooby do wap... The king o' Limbo! I was hoping the same thing when I saw the thread title. I have to admit that I was a little disappointed.

The earliest GDC this year is in San Fransisco starting March 9th.

Seems like you got your wish. Still, that's kind of harsh, man.

How about we wait until we actually know what happened? Not in defense of anyone, just saying.

Is Kotick analogues to Activision in its entirety or something? It's an odd story; I wonder what happened. Considering that it's contractual stuff, we'll likely never find out. Or maybe we'll get one of those press releases from activision that states that they're realigning their business plan and streamlining their production pipeline a.k.a. we just fired a bunch of people.

Well, it works. The quality is quite shit and often times I have to pay real close attention so I can hear what is being said. Sometimes I just have to extrapolate what is being said by everything I can hear afterwards. Otherwise I'd be going "What? ............What? ............What did you say?" the entire frigging time.

It's true. That was amaaazing (for us). xD Lost the Versus match, but had a bunch of fun regardless. Lots of good laughs and some properly tense moments as well. Good game, guys.

Wave 15! Next time we'll go for Wave 16 and beyond. I'm sure we can do it.

I used Thane to escort the crew as well and it all worked out fine.

If that's the case, then he needs to update to the latest firmware. Maybe he'll stop crashing and disconnecting the entire time, then. Oh snap!

Lazy weekend for me, so I have time. Good game earlier. Fun stuff. Made it to wave 10 in Last Stand after which we got killed really, really fast by a bunch of Space Marines with plasma weapons. Maybe there is a place on the map where you can kind of funnel the enemies through as to not get overwhelmed by a million dudes. Has anyone else managed to get past wave 10? If so, how? You need to share your strategy.

Yes, it's the same for me. A good example for me are the comedy bits in the Full Metal Alchemist manga. Those can often make me grin or laugh, but in the new anime they get on my nerves. Some things just work better in comic form. That reminds me. I also read Gantz; although the story gets really silly and the writing seems to degrade later on, the first bunch of volumes were a great read. Very tense.

Gu...re... to... Scottno? What's the ー for? O_O Also, that 3D looks funky. How does it work? Does it come with a motion sensor or something like that? The goal is to find letters in the scene to spell out a word?
