André Hazes? Hahahaha. I've seen your photo, I do not see the resemblence. Fun week as I'm having a girlfriend over from the States. I'm going to be spending today and tomorrow in Amsterdam with her and we'll be doing lots of touristy things! After that, we'll see. We have the week to ourselves so I'm just gonna chillax and enjoy the company.

I got to 9.8, but then I really had to go to the bathroom.

Isn't Gearbox a privately owned company?

Shit, although I thought it looked rather bland, Crysis 2 reminds me how much I miss larger environments and trudging through them. It does feel a bit more cramped than the first Crysis, but I guess that was to be expected. I wonder if you can go inside of the suit... Maximum Stench.

I hope you are safe and will continue to be, man.

I am an internet forum poster. Technology enables me to keep in touch with friends. Where do you live, friend?

I'm available for nonconstructive criticism and pointing out the obvious.

If it's in August, then I'd be interested as well. I think if we want to have a decent group of Thumbs together, booking such a long way away would be best. As I assume a lot of folks have planned their June/July vacations already. I have. Also, I don't have a tent, but I can fashion an improvised living space from twigs, branches and animal carcasses. Or I could just spoon with Andy.

I'm not sure. If the Japanese develop a game to appeal to Western audiences, you'd think they'd look at what sells the most. Then you'd have your Gears of War and your Call of Duty games and so on. I don't think that in general that is the case, though. I DON'T KNOOOOOW! That does remind me of a pet peeve I have with a lot of art direction in games. They use an incredibly limited colour palette for a lot of modern games, and while it does make everything look consistently the same, it also... Makes everything look consistently the same. I'm thinking that dark and a limited colour space are a lot easier to do? Maybe? Edit: Though I do think it has gotten a lot better in recent years!

I loooooooved the night skies in Oblivion and Morrowind. Just staring at the stars for like 10 minutes before moving on. Preferably I'd just look at our the real stars, but with light pollution an all that... Can't see a whole lot. Uhm, so Tanu, what is this thread about exactly. I've read your posts several times over an I'm not sure I understand.

That level seems straight out of 1998! Crates and explosive barrels?! I hope you can turn down the golden outline thing. It seems incredibly distracting to me; makes me aware I'm playing a video game too much. I dunno, I don't have a good feeling about this one. SORRY!!

I'm looking at his butt. Looks to me like he's lying on his side, butt towards the camera, butt who knows, maybe he's lying with his butt towards the camera while his missing torso is pointing away from camera. Butt.

Corpses are the new boxes in Dragon Age 2! To summarize my experience with the game. I did a quest where I had to get to a demon posessed idol for one of my companions. Lo and behold, there is her mother figure who took the demon into herself! A battle ensues that inevitably leads to the killing of said mother figure. A dramatic plea to the gods as her lifeless body lies on the gr-- Wait is she blinking? Yes... The corpse is blinking. Dragon Age 2 is like a movie where the director failed to yell "Cut! Let's try that again..." too many times. And can anyone explain to me why everyone explodes in a cloud of limbs and blood whenever I stab them? I can't imagine the folks at Bioware being particularly pleased with this game. Treading the same place again and again... and again. These boring insipid quests where you give people back their stupid shit; useless filler, though I guess that Dwarf did really need that STONE TOE I FOUND ON THE STREET. So far, the repercussions of my choices have been some dudes I hardly remember taking revenge on me "3 years" later. I usually end up winning.

Yup, I completely agree with both Toblix and Nichololololas.
