It'd be so cool to see some kind of interactive documentary on this thing. Would be cool to see the history and where the game was at at certain points in time and to be able to play parts of that.

Well, that's what I thought too, but Valve does the exact same thing with their own games. Are their games on any other digital download service besides their own? All in all I don't want to have ANOTHER Steam-like program clogging up my computer. At least Valve gives you information as to what Steam is. I have no idea what Origin does unless I download it and I'm not gonna download it.

Totally agree. I was actually thinking this while playing. Looks better in some places too. I feel so sorry for the people who wasted TEN years of their life on this. Just like Half Life 2.

Oh my god, this game is so boring. I almost appreciate what it tried to do, in some places, but generally it's just a clusterfuck of stitched together bullshit that at no point comes together and becomes something more meaningful. No, it's 'kill this wave of dudes', 'solve this environmental/jumping puzzle' and 'here's another wave of dudes'. Yawn. I stopped caring. Duke Nukem isn't funny either. Though I had some chuckles here and there, the humor comes down to pop-culture references, which are never particularly witty, or clever, but always in-your-face and about as subtle as something that is not subtle at all. Though it is never particularly bad, it's also never particularly good. It is, however, consistently boring and uninsteresting.

WTF. There is a 2 weapon limitation?? That's stupid as hell. If there is any game where it fits that the character is lugging around 12 different weapons, then it's Duke Nukem. Kinda weird that they made it beer and not hard liquor, which is way more manly.

It's pretty cool what developers manage to get out of those boxes, but the consoles are lagging behind. Better hardware doesn't just mean better graphics -- it opens up new gameplay posibilities too. Yea, Murdoc, I have a feeling that the next leap in terms of power won't be nearly as big as the jump from PS2 to PS3/Xbox to X360. Like the WiiU, basically. From what I understood, it uses the same architecture, just a beefed up version of everything. AND MORE RAM. Always need more RAM. You don't think they're going to just use a more powerful version of Cell?

Seems like it would've done well if it had more of a Columbo style detective, since that sneaky bastard could show up at any time and ask awkward questions. Oh, just one more thing.
