TAKE ME WITH YOOOUUUUU. No, that's alright, let's not make this an awkward public affair.
-
They already do. http://vimeo.com/35432485 Check out this one. And also, I would loooove to go to the San Francisco area sometime. That's a piece of America I've never experienced before, but really want to!

This reminds me of Robocop, which was an awesome film, which makes this an awesome idea. Markets traditionally regarded as non-profit: hospitals, prisons, space exploration. I say good business is where you find it. Privatize everything.

They would've been like "ugh... gymteachers... go run your own ass around the field. This sucks and is terrible. Sigh." edit: Almost forgot! Congratulations, Miffy!
-
Did you play AC2 and the ones that came after that at all? I really, really disliked the first Assassin's Creed and put me off the sequel for the longest time. When I finally did play it, I really enjoyed it. It's a massive improvement over the tech demo they called the first. And keep your goddamn opinions to yourself, you total asshole.

Since I'm mostly a headphone listener of Thumbs, you guys should totally buy this. It'll be like I'm there! Jake can occasionally lean in close and whisper sweet wizards into my ear, chris strumming his guitar and-- I think I just got goosebumps.
-
That's certainly what I did. Coolio.
-
Think back to Gangs of New York. That was around that period, right?
-
I wouldn't say I hated it, but I did actively dislike Kvothe's "I am great at everything"-thing. I had the feeling that was toned down a bit in the Wise Man's Fear, or at least it bothered me less. Plus, it had him fucking up a lot more. Did you end up liking it after all then, Baron?

I actually really like this setting. It's something that, as a European, I'm not intimately familiar with. Also, the change of landscape might actually change up the gameplay a bit. After 3 games of steady improvement on the first, maybe it's time for a bit of a switch up? Also, who wants to bet that Abe Lincoln and JFK were killed by the Templar?

I bit of pushback on the stupidity of pop culture doesn't seem that weird to me. Also, the line ¨You know who else really rips my cock off?¨ cracked me up.
-
Aaah, you quoted me before I corrected my bad math, I mean typo. Yes. Typo.
-
The accordion was great, made me laugh. Come back to us F. Nick Breckon! So I was wondering, now that you're heading toward 400% of your original kickstarter goal, what changes for you guys, if anything at all? Gold plated mics, maybe?

That's a fair point. I completely forgot about that debacle. I failed as the EA facts-man. I hang up my hat and pass it onto you, Chris, you are now the EA facts-man. Make me proud and challenge everything.
-
Brutal Legend was a part of EA's Partners program, which means they published it. So distributed/published by, not funded or made by. I wouldn't know what EA's terms are, but it's probably useful for privately owned development studios that need to get their game to the masses. (I'm turning into the EA facts-man!)

If it's Maxis, then it's still EA. Maxis is a subsidiary of EA.
-
Obviously what this procedurally generated horror needs is biofeedback. Someone call Gabe Newell!! Still, that could potentially solve the pacing problem.
-
Yea, I think the idea was that as the hardware got better, that number would get higher.
-
I'm only ever guilty of mispronouncing his name.
-
It's still real to him, dammit
-
I'm more curious about how difficult this is to do, because my gut reaction-question is how much time/money this would cost compared to the actual benefit? Someone would have to do that work, right? Unless it's an equipment thing and it could happen automagically. All in all, I don't really care. About stereo, I mean. Now holophonics... Make that happen!

That's some pretty sweet scoring, Chris. I am totally looking forward to this game, looks awesome.
