I meant personal in your own feelings towards the characters. Not in a what would shepard do way. ME3 is SO INCREDIBLE!!1! I enjoyed it a lot, but it certainly isn't perfect by any means. For one I really wasn't thrilled with the readiness thing and how it actually effects the game.

I disagree about the choices not mattering. They matter on a character/personal level, but bioware certainly has an overall story it wants told. Talking about ME3 in particular with my sister, the outcomes on our mission choices varied quite a lot, and character interactions were different. End result of course is more or less the same-ish, I'm one of the few that really didn't get annoyed at the ending it seems. Oh and the petition is pretty dumb.

In theory it's cool, but in practice for me I'm just like "ugh seriously I don't have time for this shit."

Ahh, another who can flaunt his good fortune in front of patters

I actually finally went back and started playing ME1, which I hadn't done. Only played 2 and 3. Man that game is janky as hell. Also had to force a lot of graphics options down it's throat through the nvidia control panel so my eyes didn't completely puke. Haven't gotten far, but my god does saren's visual design scream "HEY LOOK I'M A BAD GUY." I also see why they chose to streamline things and tighten up the enviroments. Walking around the citadel is kind of tedious even when it's my first time with it. Enough bitching at an old game, my plan is to play a completely different class and play through all the games again, partially to experience characters are never interacted with, like wrex.

I was actually pleased with how little you actually have to do turret crap.

GDC 2012: The Death of Nick Breckon

I tried to play it a little while ago, turns out the kid me who enjoyed adventure games died off at some point. It's sad because I love everything about Grim Fandango except actually playing it. -
Oh how naive you were past me. The implausibility of running into everyone ever keeps getting ratcheted up. It's still my only real problem with ME3 right now though. I'm betting this is less of a problem if you let a lot more people die in me2.

My only issue is their need to shoehorn in every character ever. It makes a lot more sense in ME3, but in dragon age 2 they pulled that and it was really silly, like a fanfic or something. Otherwise, I enjoyed ME2 and am enjoying ME3 plenty.

My femshep was off too, but i was able to fix it pretty quickly. Yea the earth section wasn't as crazy as it should have been. I think they wanted to keep it as introductory as possible. A few of the later missions definitely have a lot more of the "barely making it out of this" feel.

Played through the first few missions now, combat seems a little more hectic, find myself having to run around more to avoid being flanked or grenaded in the face. Seen one turret section, was thankfully short.

Finally played some co-op, pretty fun. First couple matches ended because host would DC sadly, but managed to finish a couple maps finally and had fun.

I for one am looking forward to killing guards while they take 30 minutes to reload a musket

When i read the thread title, I was hoping that Mr. T was an assassin.

That actually is in the game. Though admittedly it really fits the first boss fight as it's pretty fast and frantic.

You can set your region at any time, and pool them if you wish. For example I pool from both west and east coast USA, but you can add EU and asia if you choose. There's a fancy world map showing the regions and number of players in the Find Match menu.

As far as I know it's the only way

It is good, though shockingly few people seem to actually use it. But they at least usually listen to it!

People who can't be bothered to have sound on can diaf. Had a teammate constantly bitch about me not calling mia. Turns out he wasn't listening to voice chat and continued to be a dick about it. Normally I don't let people get to me, but that guy's ignorance just bugged me.

He's clearly a real class act. I can't say I'm too surprised at this really. There's sexual harassment in all sorts of games. A lot of gamers treat online games as a venue for airing their horrible views and language, competitive and otherwise. In this case it just happens to be even more in our collective faces because it was at a physical event.

I've definitely picked up some kills as bounty hunter just by checking the secret shops

The search is nice, but if you don't know what you're looking for I think the LoL one works a little better

As far as I remember it has actual graphics options, so there's that. I noticed no issues for playability as I've gone through it. Never crashed or anything either.
