I used to do this all the time with my online friends too. Would definitely be down for that.

Just edit the original post in the thread using the full editor. You can change the title, add tags, etc. -

Well that sure needed a NSFW tag in the title. -
SteamWorld Dig is coming to PS4/Vita this year - http://blog.us.playstation.com/2014/02/14/steamworld-dig-coming-to-ps4-ps-vita-in-2014/ I've somehow managed to not buy this on 3DS or Steam, and I think the HD-on-a-handheld Vita version will be the way for me to finally check this one out.

I can see what you mean re: the timer, too bad it's not a separate toggle. Re: the eye, I mostly use the auditory signal so the respective smaller size hasn't bothered me. I feel like 9/10 times I really don't need the eye to actually find the door, more to note that the door is actually in a particular level. I've only missed the Eye in the mines a couple times in recent memory, and every time I've managed to find the Black Market nonetheless.

I still have the same bug on Windows 8.1 where I can't manipulate fullscreen/windowed or resolution while the game is open. I was hoping it'd be fixed, but it wasn't. Figured out that I could just do that stuff in config.txt, but it's clearly not as intuitive as one would hope. Love the Pro view. Makes it so much easier to determine if I have enough time to backtrack for corpse sacrificing on an altar or ghosting. Also no more missed critical items in the top left corner of the screen, hooray.

I always just go 2:1 olive oil to acid (vinegar, citrus juice, etc) with a dash of sugar (could easily be honey or something else of that nature), salt, and pepper as a nice base. After that, you could experiment with different ground peppercorn, dijon mustard/whole mustard seed, anchovies, capers, fresh herbs, red pepper flakes, canned chipotle peppers, parmesan cheese, etc. Dressing is totally a matter of taste; for me, a basic vinaigrette with mustard and parmesan generally hits the spot. Based on whatever veggies on hand, I mix it up from there.

I've been listening to Ice T's podcast. It's... a fucking surreal trip, listening to one of the most hardcore rappers ever do ads for SquareSpace and Audible, or talk about why he thinks that calling someone "gay" as an insult makes sense to him (I don't agree with him, but just... listening to what he's saying is oddly entertaining). http://www.icetfinallevel.com/

Gigabit ethernet. Both PCs are gaming PCs in their own rights, for what that's worth.

That's awful. Nothing quite like taking away a feature/mechanic to rake in more cash post-release. Maybe Bejeweled will do that next... if you end up with a board with no possible matches, you have to pay to refresh the board otherwise every time you try to play the board will be full of unmatchable gems.

It's articles like that one which seem to blatantly hurt for a copy editor. This part in particular struck me as so oddly composed - "He served as editor in chief at both Shacknews and Gamasutra, the latter of which he became editor at large." Maybe I'm just a troll for better writing standards, but the whole "News!" thing is probably why I'd have trouble writing "news" for a site like Polygon. -

I really wanted to have a chance testing this with a game I was planning on playing, but I haven't had a ton of spare time this week so I've been putting it off. I did try Spelunky, though, and I actually didn't detect any noticeable frame dropping or stuttering at all. I did, however, feel that same effect that I did when mucking around with OnLive where there was some friction from latency but I could feel myself adjust over the span of 15 minutes or so.

Now that this thread seems to have picked up again, I might have to clean my desk and contribute. Meh.

I don't think Tycho has enough experience. His reviews don't include enough comprehensive lists of details in games.

I would probably buy this granted it was affordable for me personally (I dunno, ~$50 shipped would be impulse territory and for more I'd have to think about it) and preorders happened at a time when I happened to have money (soon, tax refund time yeaaaaah!) Descriptions on each page would be great and that mockup is super solid. Lump me in with those that would think it was weird to have some with descriptions and others without. If you were going to have some with and some without, I think you should have the page laid out slightly differently as not to highlight the lack of description by means of white space.

Ah, I always save the podcast for the weekend when I can pay attention to it while listening and savor it. Thanks! -
I just added you on Steam, if you still have that Loren coupon I'd appreciate it.

Welcome CussedCayuse, Brett, hedgefield, gray117, and pdyxs! Hope the forums live up to the wild expectations the last episode's break probably fostered!

Did I correctly hear that Chris is now at Campo Santo? I thought I remembered reading a tweet about it from some time last night. -
