I was walking to class when the computer "attacked" Nick, and people had to look at me like I was a crazy person as I was dying laughing. Are we forever referring to this as the "involuntary baboo"? The Mass Effect speech seemed dead on to me. I also traveled to the ice planet first, which actually turns out to be the most difficult of the 3 choices. Very unfortunate that they made it so damn hard, and killed the great feeling I initially had with the game.

It would be hilarious if the night vision goggles worked in the game at certain sections. It would be like those 3D movies you see with the crazy glasses. Just imagine: You have infiltrated the enemy base. You leave behind you 400 bullet ridden corpses and 10 tanks still smoking from the numerous RPG's fired. Suddenly all around you the lights are cut off and a tiny puppet with a high pitched voice comes up and says *Put on your Night Vision Goggles now!* Ahhh...just like Disney movies...

Huh..who knew the poem would totally translate that way. I guess I needed to pay more attention in Lit class. Kudos

I got a chance to play the demo after listening to the last podcast and was very impressed. The game is gorgeous and it's really easy to get a handle on the controls to move through at a fluid pace. My only real beef with it is the 30 dollar price tag, not too much cash for some but for me it seems a bit steep for (from what I have heard) a 5-6 hour long side-scroller.
