I don't think I'll ever play online again unless it's with a Thumbs crew. But I'm playing on 360.

I finally beat this game tonight. The last non-boss level is kinda bullshit: I liked the rest pretty well, though. I probably would have preferred if the game were a mansion or so shorter, or maybe just had fewer levels per mansion. Then maybe I would have finished the whole thing in one go instead of getting 90% of the way through and then burning out on it and not playing it again until Jake started talking about it on the podcast. I didn't collect all the boos or gems and I doubt I ever will.

Yeah, I want to get in on this, but I already own the XBLA version. Can I justify paying another $15 just to do the daily challenge probably two or three times and then never play it again? I'm not sure.

I played a couple of missions/races and those were pretty fun, then I just wandered around in free mode for a while and a guy kept following me around and killing me, which was less fun. It's weird that you have to bring your own weapons and ammo into the instanced events. Seems like it would be hard to really get into proper mayhem when you have to earn money to pay for every rocket you use. Also, the cops will come after you any time they see you in a stolen car, even if they didn't see you steal it, which is a pain in the ass.

I guess. It does seem like they've reduced the disadvantages of not playing every day. I got burned on City Folk when I decided to come back to it after like a year of not playing, only to find that Puddles had moved out. I would have been happier if I had just never played the game again and believed that Puddles was still there. I'm a 30-year-old man.

I've reached the point where most days I don't feel like playing, but if I don't, I feel really guilty about it. And the longer I go without playing, the less I want to go back to it, because I'm afraid that while I was gone my flowers will have died and there'll be weeds everywhere and animals will be upset or have moved away.

This sort of thing keeps happening to me; I'll be doing literally nothing but standing near a person, and then suddenly they freak out and I have a wanted level for some reason. I'm not sure if it's because I was playing as Trevor and he creeps people out or what, but it's pretty annoying. I didn't know you could say hi to pedestrians though; that's great.
