There are two things fighting in my head : on one hand, I know for a fact that Bioware has some excellent designers, on the other hand, having myself worked on an MMORPG I can assure you, people are morrons. You design something subtle ? It will be for a little bunch of people so you'll have to re-design it to give it such emphasis that it'll be ridiculously obvious but at least the time you spent on it would profit to an audience large enough to be worth the effort. And yes, I tried to argue with a producer that internet would take care of "making the subtle obvious", it doesn't work

That's true, if I had to choose between them two characters on that picture, I'd definitely bang you... Not that this choice has recently been presented to me but you never know, just sayin'...

And then the rest of the game will be like everybody else's, reversable choices, even wow got tired of the everlasting "I want to change my face man, put surgeons in the game" when they said times and times again that appearances would be the one thing you will never be able to change. Now developpers, you will reach true next-gen when in your game, light-sabers will cut through 3D models instead of passing right throught them.

Actually that has been pretty true for me once. I was so lazy that I just couldn't write or draw anything... And then I fell in love and everything seemed easier, i wrote a shitload of perfectly decent poems

My recommandation would be to have something to write handy at all times. For instance, at the very moment you're falling asleep, an idea that is half dream half not might come up and make you write or in the street you come up with some sweet stuff... The hard thing in my opinion is knowing what to write, then you'll be willing to write it down. If you just sit in front of a blank page it'll sure be harder to fill...
